Great Film overall
Good story, Not enough for a whole film
This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
The acting in this movie is really good.
A lot of people are hear to slag off this film because De Niro had some choice words for the Doltard in Chief. We get it, the outraged fake conservative in everyone needs somewhere to direct their attention away from all the criminals and lawbreakers in the Trump administration. This is that perfect outlet. Not only is this film deliberately crude, vacuous and formulaic, it takes a massive defecation on the movie industry itself, ridiculing itself and all the movies like it that came before. In other words, this is pure satire and absurdist comedy in one package.
Just another forgettable, bad comedy with jokes ranging from, sex and nudity is funny, to very uncomfortable and cringey moments that are meant to be "funny". Nothing in this movie is noteworthy or special making it feel like it takes forever combined with the stale humor. It's hard to even remember the film exists a day after watching it. It's just a waste of time.
Just an awful movie, poorly written and with not an ounce of wit. I don't mind 'crude' or 'politically incorrect' if it's clever ... look at Amy Schumer and Ricky Gervais, but this is just unfunny 5 year old stuff with gratuitous opportunities for Zac Efron to get naked
Comedy (though not really very funny) - Road trip Robert De Niro IS one of my all-time favourite actors. Raging Bull IS my all-time favourite film. I'm embarrassed to see an all-time acting legend involved in this garbage! I won't try to describe the plot, there isn't one, and the film is completely rubbish, makes you want to poke out your eyes with hot pins. This was televised on network T.V. at the weekend. AAArrrrgggHHHH!!!! 0/10
