From a House on Willow Street (2017)

One of my all time favorites.

It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.

It is not deep, but it is fun to watch. It does have a bit more of an edge to it than other similar films.

It's an amazing and heartbreaking story.

Okay South Africans here it goes im a major supporter of my SA but this was not the beat of movies let stick to the comedies for the time being... Okay firstly the introduction to the movie in the beginning went so fast Then why is it the protagonist of the movie looks like a person of the streets? I mean its okay for her to look beautiful in the beginning and then creepy later on... As for the ghost okay so I was a bit irritated with the long tongues to have her possessed its supposed to be ghost stick to that. Dont add in alien aspects its a bit ridiculous. And the over dramatization its a definite killer. Example the end seen where her mother is killing the two ghost.. or they tongue scene where they trying to posses her ... not that great .. Overall what I can say thumbs up to is the effort for A south african production so proud of you guys.. the camera effects werent bad at all lighting where needed great... Hope this was helpful. Like many other reviewers, I saw the high early rating (7.9) and dove right in. I quickly regretted it. The premise was okay. To its credit, I thought there was some depth to the subtext. The director plays a lot with the "Primacy Effect" of our first meeting with the characters. The viewer is definitely expected to evolve their perception of who is good and who is evil. Had they dwelt more on the psychological tension and made the kidnappers sit face to face with their victim, the movie may have made more of an impact. As it is, the role reversal created more plot holes than tension. There are decent moments of body horror in the second half of the film, but I was too fatigued from all the unnecessary jump scares to care. There were several moments were the dialog / delivery took me completely out of the scene to wonder where is this set, do people speak like that in whatever setting this is? It's not the worst thing to stream, but you'd need to be pretty deep into your queue before this ever seemed like a good choice.

That so terrible horror movie. There is a dozen of non make sense factor both human and demon. Demon power scale is very very f...ck non sense it enough to kill lift up person but cannot destroy the lock why??? **** If you want to waste your life time watch this movie! ****

This counts as two people's review, we could have done something more interesting like watching grass grow. Probably the worst "horror" film made since cinema was created, not even a bad horror film that makes up for it by giving you something to laugh at, it's just plain annoyingly crap.
