When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.

Letters to Juliet (2010) is one of my favorite romance films. Yes, I realize it's cliché and it can be syrupy sweet at times. but ya know sometimes you need a film like that, feel good entertainment. I knew what i wanted to see going into this film, and I got just what I wanted out of it. A great love story, actually two great love stories, generations apart. The story is brought to life by the great cast. Vanessa Redgrave, who is ofcourse a legend, does really well in her role. I can't imagine anyone else playing the role of Claire, she really gives a very compelling performance. Seyfried is god as the lead, she also gives this role her all, I've seen her in films i really enjoyed (Mamma Mia, Chloe) and in films that i hated (Dear John), and this is for sure going in the enjoyable bin. The scenery is breathtaking, the acting is great, the story is sweet and one that i think everyone can enjoy. Sure, there aren't really any surprises at all, but I still loved it anyways. 9/10 for letters to Juliet.

The movie is not interest enough (bore and predictable plot), but I watch because it was nothing on TV the other night. Amanda Seyfried still can't act and there is no chemistry between her and the guy who played Vanessa Redgrave moody grandson. There's no character development at every characters. I don't understand why Vanessa Redgrave agreed to appear in this movie. The movie has nice scenery of Italy it makes you desire to visit one day. This movie is sleepover movie for tween & teenage girls.

As a girl who believes in true love and love at first sight the first look of this film seemed good to me. However, as I began to watch the film after reading nothing about it to begin with I was surprised to find out it was a story about a inspiering writer. As someone who wants to become a journalist this film was perfect for me and this film has definitely inspierd me to believe in myself and carry on working towards journalism. As a want to be writer and am believer of true love how could I have any disappointment about this film? This film is a sweet-hearted film that in my opinion is suitable for any age. Throughout the film the message I received was you cannot forget about your true love and no matter what age you are, old or young it is there. Love is a thing that will never die and this film showed me this. This film is perfect for anybody who wants to watch a cute and amazingly told love story. I would definitely recommend to someone to watch and I am certain to watch this film again. This film shows you comedy, humor, happiness but, it did make me cry of sadness and happieness. I hope one day that I find love this strong. I know its out there. Its just about findig it. Overall I think that this film is excellent and most certainly worth a watch. I just hope you get the same feelings as me while watching it.

The screen is constantly filtered yellow, the main character seemingly teleports from place to placeand the music drowns out any attempt at half decent dialogue. Amanda Seyfried possesses only the two abilities of staring at her feet and constantly looking like she's shat herself. The plot it rushed, incredibly unrealistic and the love interest's when together are reminiscent of couple's whose lives revolve around their babies farts and if it will rain whilst they eat scones on the porch. After losing the will to live watching Letters to Insulting Shakespeare pun, I can however in the spirit of the films arty-farty nonsense, be thankful I still have my health... just.
