The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful

I vastly enjoyed season 1. As for season 2, it was action packed. Season 3?Not enjoying it at all.T-Bag flipped character roles, from being a sneaky, shady type you didn't want to mess with, to being a total kiss a** to the black chap that is running the SOMA prison. The FBI agent went from being an interesting, resourceful guy, to being a drug dependent, always sweating, hallucinating, absolutely useless character. -Awesome!B, Bellick went from being a threatening bull in a china shop, get things done kind of guy, to being a useless, water dependent snitching waste of space as well.Oh and Sarah? oh yeah, her head is in a box now, and she's just, kinda. suddenly dead. Series 3. Honestly.

I was surprised when I saw this movie available on eBay, I didn't know of it's existence so I hurriedly awaited this gap filling movie between the last episode and the final 3 minutes of the last episode. I have 2 major complaints about the movie, the first is a major hole in the story. Sarah is arrested for killing Christina Scofield but her name isn't listed as Scofield so the police arrest her for murdering a respected business woman. The arrest would be covered under the immunity portion of handing over Scylla and also a simple blood test would prove that Christina was Christina Scofield, this could have been handled in 1 hour at the police station. Movie over, Sarah free. Second complaint is one of casting, Lori Petty???? that was a horrid choice to play the main adversary in prison. She cannot act and her pathetic overly played character was a major distraction. I spent most of her scenes saying" wow does she suck", did none of these people in casting ever see one of her previous movies where she annoys the bejezzus out of you every time she opens her mouth? I mean damn, watch A League of their own and see that Madonna is 100 times less annoying than Lori Petty, now that's a major feat. All in all, it was a good movie/2 episodes slapped together. I wish they would have made a 5th season and this could have been a 14 episode arc and then show each character happily ever after and finally Michael die after his kid is born instead of how he did in this movie. I still hate that they killed him in the first place. This movie is a must see for all fans of the series. It adds to the story but not enough, I personally would likes to have seen Mahone hook up with the hot black bald chick in this movie and maybe Gretchen get out and see her kid but it was still a good addition to the series.

Plot Michael and Sara get married, but during the celebration, Sara gets arrested and put into a prison because there's no space in jail. The General and T-Bag are in prison together and General finds out Sara is in prison and puts a hit out on her. Meanwhile, there's lots of lame prison feuds similar to Michael in S1. Mahone is hired by FBI to find out what Michael has planned as Michael's first plan was sabatoged by Mahone. His next plan was to PARACHUTE into the prison and somehow break her out, but Mahone switches and helps Michael turn this plan better. Michael and Sara then meet in a chapel on the grounds and go to an underground route. Michael is then forced to unplug the power in the prison and short the electricity, killing himself in the process. Everyone gets away. Michael makes a video for Sara and Lincoln that ends the show in a nice way and T-Bag's ending up in solitary was pretty hilarious.Thoughts Why would they air it in Israel first? Anyways, The Final Break was way better than the Series Finale as it felt like Season One again as they kept it simple with no mass conspiracies. Just the basic plot of getting Sara out. And for the first time Sara was not useless and boring, but actually the center of the plot and SWC was way better than usual. The special went from "WTF they can't be serious", to a good conclusion as the ending was far sadder than the Finale. I admit, there was a lump in my throat at the end.

To be honest, I was thinking this was going to be a "ploy to get money" but ironically this wasn't the case. This is quite possibly the most beautifully written 90 minute made for TV ending for a show I've ever seen. In fact, it was so reminiscent of the first season that I think they really took the time to thoroughly review all their options and wrap up the show appropriately. Not to say too much about the actual show but the way they integrated much of the original cast is ingenious and so mind blowing that I was simply astonished how some episodes "arguably" wasn't fantastic and then there is this finale that really stood out. It's so much to capture in 2 hours that I was sad to see it end. In spite of being angry of watching the show's ending last week, I have to say in " The final Break" they did a remarkable job of gently walking us through the path and not giving us a sudden blow while proving to the audience that it was truly worth waiting for this.10/10 RIP Prison Break
