Premonition (2007)

It is not deep, but it is fun to watch. It does have a bit more of an edge to it than other similar films.

Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

Strong acting helps the film overcome an uncertain premise and create characters that hold our attention absolutely.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

Horrible movie. Hated it, fast forwarded until we couldn't stand it anymore.

When reading an introduction of the movie, I expected it to be like The Six sense, though I couldn't get the whole point of what Premonition wanted to tell me after all. What I got through this movie is I found out I don't like the kind of supernatural movies in which I often get distracted by unrealistic things, though I found The Sixth sense intriguing movie.

A woman's husband dies in a car crash and she wakes up the next morning to find that he is still alive. Caught in a time slip, can she stop it and save her husband before it's too late?In many ways this movie is right up my street. It is twisty and creepy and had me hooked from the first second and it has just enough Sci-Fi to satisfy my inner geek.It's a psychological thriller starring Sandra Bullock and Julian McMahon and directed by Mennan Yappo. I enjoyed it so much it could have been made for me. I was on the edge of my seat all the way through and the only thing that spoiled it was the ending. It was a disappointment and this great movie deserved a better one. A great story that didn't seem like it had a big budget with some decent acting, a pity about the damp squid of an ending.4/5

Bollock is a stand out in this psychological thriller that focuses on her characters life. One day she is told her husband has passed away......the next day she awakes to find he's alive. Then he's gone again. She is confused and depressed and her friends and family are convinced she's insane. She starts to wonder about her own state of mind and just does such a true and strong depiction acting out this character. Her confusion and fear, the scene when she is swirling it all through her mind in the middle of a street.....brought back to reality by the cars horn. Good stuff. Although this is an older film It is one worth seeing. It will hold your interest and you'll want to see again.
