So, The Prince & Me could have your typical rom-com plot. We have the prince who wants to blend in with U.S students, then meets a girl who he falls in love with. We have the comedic moments, we have the geeky roommate who plays Halo for most of the day. Yeah, we have all that. To be honest, I didn't really find anything hateable about this movie. I mean, yeah, we have the typical plot, but to be fair, it felt harmless. However, after the "misunderstanding" happens, the movie keeps going for another hour, and basically, it shows what happens when Paige, the main character, goes with Edward again. At this point, I just wanted the movie to end, because we have to see all these things happening that I do not care about. Seriously, couldn't you just have the entire first half be the entire movie, then end it with Paige being queen with Edward? But wait, without that, we wouldn't have Paige wanting to go home to live her own life..which by the way, kind of doesn't go anywhere, as 4 minutes later, the movie ends with her accepting Edward's proposal in marriage again. So, this might be a short review, but to be honest, this was kind of a jumbled-up mess. What could've been a simple plot, and possibly a cute movie, just drags on for nearly 2 hours.

this is an incredible film , i enjoyed watching it.this movie shows that love can be between anyone if one of them is royal and the other is not at the end of film i was gonna cry when they want to break up because they couldn't help it, prince can't leave palace and Paige can't leave her parent's farm and medical school and live on that situation that everything was in a schedule and has a dignity has a special behavior and so on,then after graduation it was a little surprise (but you can predict) saying that Denmark must be ready for queen like you. one issue that everyone can criticize is how can Paige accept to live with him whereas she said i can't do it anymore before that. it's remarkable.

This fine romantic comedy fairy tale was directed by Marths Coolidge & as usual she does a first rate job.Four persons collaborated on the screenplay. This is a familiar type story,so there are many situations & characters we all have seen many times before. I did say its a fairy tale.Luke Mobley & Julia Styles are the leads & there chemistry is delightful.James Fox & Miranda Richardson film royalty if there ever was any are the King & Queen.they are perfectly cast.UK TV actor Ben Miller is the princes aide, & is just so properly perfect,In fact the entire cast is excellent, there is not one single person you would not want to meet & know. The Rating may be PG but there is nothing really objectionable in any scene. The film was made in Canada, Denmark & the Czech Republic. All production values first rate,There is the usual song score and for a delightful change all the songs fit the mood of the scene being shown. For those that like good clean cinema & real nice people See this, you will not be sorry.Ratings ***1/2 (out of 4) 91 points (out of 100) IMDb 8 (out of 10)
