In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

I cannot think of one single thing that I would change about this film. The acting is incomparable, the directing deft, and the writing poignantly brilliant.

an ambitious but ultimately ineffective debut endeavor.

Last Night is currently available on the free section of Amazon Prime Video. This type of movie is not usually something that i would watch, but could not find anything decent and this flick looked halfway promising.This is actually an unusual movie, iv'e seen a lot of romantic drama genres and they've all been clichéd and 100% boring. Last Night is different, it isn't a great film, but it isn't awful. The story does not really go anywhere, we see two main characters throw themselves in temptations' way. The writing, editing and directing is decent at times, they do a good job of making things ambiguous for a while, you can't tell as a first time viewer what will happen/where this film will take you.Last Night is an emotional flick, it presents some harsh truths of life, but the bottom line is life is all about choices.There is something slightly compelling about this movie, but overall it's only worth watching if you feel like a movie and can't find anything better to watch.

Last Night has deep meanings as movie I've ever seen. This movie shows only real life, so some people say 'this movie isn't interesting and waste time'. But, for people whom teen anger or students this film is good text because it tells many difficulties of relationship, especially marriage. People sometimes forget appreciation in daily life. One mistake may destroy a happiness of someone. I can read the thoughts from Last Night. Also people who watch this can see feelings of some partners, so maybe learn something about marriage without mistakes. We can't judge that who is to blame about love. I recommend Last Night for people who want to think what is love.

I've picked this up out of boredom, wanted something simple and easy, fully expecting a generic dramedy with cliché characters. What I got was something entirely different.There are not too many films that try to explore the topic of betrayal in a relationship in its full. Yes, obviously it's one one of most common tropes in any kind of medium, but usually it's really one-sided. But true exploration of betrayal touches both sides, tries to uncover reasons, motivation behind it all, and, what's especially difficult, what do to after the fact.Last Night is surprisingly deep. We see people who are in love, who are confused, who have to deal with temptation, make a decision.Is it possible to love two people at the same time? What's worse, physical betrayal or emotional one? If something is true and pure, is it worth flushing everything else you have in your life down the toilet and pursuing this chance of happiness?All these questions are explored in full in Last Night, and as in any truly good movie, there will be no answers, you will have to answer them for yourself.Last Night reminded me of another masterpiece dialogue-driven relationship/betrayal movie – Closer. It's not the same in any way, but they are similar, so if you liked Closer, try this one as well.It's not without fair share of problems. As it's been noted in many places, two story lines are really uneven, and you almost don't care for one of them. But then again, without this contrast, without the dullness of one, you wouldn't be able to feel real emotions in the other. It's also all coming down to the fact, that men are weaker in these situation. I felt sorry for Michael, because I could understand him perfectly well.Acting is also uneven, it's not a match for what we got in Closer. It's still a movie that provokes you, gets to ask questions, gets you thinking, and for all of this it's worth checking out. But don't expect something light and easy.

The film is centered around lust & doubts. These two are responsible to ruin a good marriage & end a crappy one.This is what happened here. Kera is full of doubt about if she made the right decision or not. She is still in love with her Ex-Boyfriend & thinks about him everyday. While Sam succumbed to lust. He couldn't resist the temptation to have sex with Eva even though he loves his wife.The film shows that marriage is full of hurdle.You can never be too sure about the decision you made with your life. You will keep wondering if you made the right one or not.Temptation is also part of your marriage life. Its hard not to be attracted to someone just cause you are in a marriage & love somebody else.A key to a good marriage is to resist these temptation,overcome these hurdle & get over your doubts.Which both of the the main star failed to achieve.They surrendered.Kera is still in love & she is not happy in her marriage. Her head is full of doubts.She will probably never be happy in this marriage anymore.Sam on the other hand couldn't resist Eva's charm.I don't see Eva in high regards either. She seduced a married man & made him cheat his wife.She couldn't resist the temptation of sleeping with Sam too.Overall this film portrays the real life hurdle of a marriage & I know people would love if they saw neither of them cheated (Kera not fully) but this is also part of the life.
