When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

This is leftover from Jackass Number Two. Preston Lacy as King Kong on port-a-potties looks great and imaginative. I wish they put cameras on the planes to get more of an action sequence. The guys also sometimes comment after the stunts which give it a behind-the-scene feel. The stunts are all Jackass style. For fans of Johnny Knoxville and the boys, this is right up their backdoor alley. For me, it gets a bit repetitive and the guys explaining their scenes is not that compelling. I think some have suggested this would be better as a DVD extra. This is more like enough material for a half of a Jackass movie. The cannibalistic Indian tribe is kind of interesting but these guys are not the ones to try to explain their society.

I watched this with my nine-year-old son and fast-forwarded through the overtly sexual stuff, so I missed some of this scatological hodgepodge. But it was obvious this film is for none but the Jackass crew's hardest-core fans.A lot of the stunts were lame -- the fat guy made up as King Kong, the Indian swami on nails, the kitchen shoot-up. As usual with a Jackass production, a great deal of attention is paid to anal matters. Thus the rectal-exam gag. All so very hilarious. I did enjoy the character made up as a sociopathic geezer, very memorable from past Jackass efforts. In a short bit, another player appears as his aged, profane consort; I wished we'd seen more of these two. I wasn't expecting Shakespeare here, and my little guy had fun with this. But it really didn't amount to much.

Jackass: Number Two director Jeff Tremaine claims that when the gang shot the film, they had enough footage to make two complete films. Jackass 2.5 is the footage that didn't make the final cut. It's hard to call a sixty-four minute film a "movie," but it's not like this is completely failed, throw-away material. We should be grateful we saw it in the first place.Jackass 2.5 is in no way the "failed" stunts. These stunts were passed with grade A idiocracy. They just weren't cool enough to get in the big film. Some of the stunts are very well done. I loved the "Mini Motor Cycle Mayhem" because I've always wanted to just completely trash a supermarket in a weird way.My favorite stunt is performed by the remarkable duo of Preston Lacy and Jason "Wee Man" Acuna. The gang paints Lacy like King Kong with interior black paint, and place him on top of a port-a-potty on top of a hill (he has a great fear of heights). So the struggle for him is to not get hit with planes and face his "fatty-fall-down-phobia." Wee Man, dressed like a women, is clinging to his side yelling "save me" while Lacy swats at remote control airplanes before falling. Hilarity, and really a surprise it wasn't cut from the right cloth.I liked when Bam flew a kite. And that's all I'm willing to say about that. Some of the stunts left me speechless. But with Jackass, that's something you have to expect.I enjoyed a lot of the interviews conducted with most of the cast. I sort of wish there were more scattered throughout the movie to make it longer. We get a lot of Tremaine commentary about the film, which I have no problem with. I'd like to hear how Jackass is made from the director's point of view.Jackass 2.5 is in no way made of "garbage" or "epic fails." It's made of, quite possibly, two of the best stunts ever performed in Jackass history. When it comes to comedy, Knoxville and the gang know how to do it the seemingly easy way.Starring: Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Ryan Dunn, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Jason "Wee Man" Acuna, Preston Lacy, Dave England, and Ehren McGhehey. Directed by: Jeff Tremaine.

There is nothing to this film except a bunch of stunts that wern't good enough to go into jackass 2. I honestly think that there were no more than 2 stunts that managed to make me laugh in any way. I was such a big fan of the original series and first 2 movies but this was truly a waste of time. In all honesty I would have been disappointed watching this as a bonus disc to go with the second movie. What stunts there are seem outdated and no way near on a par with the much funnier dirty sanchez boys who still seem able to push boundaries. All this seemed like was a group of guys truly milking the jackass franchise in a feeble attempt to resurrect their wiltering careers. Even Knoxville seemed to have sold himself out.
