It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.

This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

I get the feeling that here they wanted the kills of a horror movie, combined with some Reservoir Dogs intrigue spat in for good measure. Unfortunately quite some flaws limit the thrill of the kills and the intrigue is lacking. The acting is not problematic, but it's not engaging either. Especially casting Ving Rhames, who's acting... well, a Ving Rhames, really takes me off the movie. And all the younger female actors look more like swimsuit models than professional killers. Don't get me wrong, my eyes like the candy as much as the next guy's, but if your hands look more used to holding a designer clutch bag than a handgun or a potent blade, I see no reason why you would even share a room with potentially hostile and definitely more physical male killers. Also, I didn't find myself laughing at any point. Not that the attempts at humor were somehow embarrassing, but they were just so out-of-place here. They would've been more at home in a sitcom or a teen movie.Lastly, while the variety of weapons wielded was commendable, the violence wasn't disturbingly cold or overwhelmingly blazing hot, it just kinda was and happened. And the cgi-blood didn't do the flatness any favors. All'n'all, it wasn't a total disaster, but if a splatter comedy is to be recommended, this is not it. Tucker & Dale vs Evil or Severance do the sub-genre more justice, not to mention any such film by Pegg and/or Frost.

When I sat down to watch "Operation: Endgame" (aka "Rogues Gallery") I had no idea at all what the movie was about. The reason why I wanted to watch it was because of the people on the cast list.I found out that this was an action comedy, although I will admit that the movie is more lenient towards the action as it towards comedy. The comedy is there, yes, but it is fairly subtle but straight to the point. The story is about a group of government assassins who work in a secret underground compound. The assassins are known only by the names from the Tarot card deck. And when new assassin, The Fool, arrives for his first work day, the boss of the operation is killed and operation: endgame is initiated, giving the assassins only limited time to escape the compound. But some assassins have been given secret targets to kill, and with nowhere to run, whom can you trust? I will say that the storyline was entertaining, albeit a bit silly. There is nothing in the movie to make you buy into it, and as such it does come off as a comedy on the action genre. The storyline is simplistic and easy to follow, requiring you to disable your brain and just sit back and enjoy the ride.Although working with fairly two-dimensional characters, there was an impressive list of people to be found on the cast list here. For a comedy, then "Operation: Endgame" didn't really deliver that much impact, and if you enjoy these type of covert government operation comedies, then there are some better choices available. But still, "Operation: Endgame" is worth a watch for about 87 minutes worth of entertainment that doesn't require you to bring along your brain.

This movie gets a 10 because Joe Anderson is in it! He is an excellent actor! I have enjoyed his performances every since I first saw him in "The Crazies". He is wonderful in everything he does. I am slowly buying every DVD he is in. He is a beautiful man with wonderful talents. Did you know he sings? How about that he's a gymnast? Just gaze into those beautiful blue eyes and I guarantee you will be swept away too! I don't know how his wife handles having that sexy man around all the time!? Please begin watching Joe Anderson's performances. Let's make him a SUPER star! I'm sure he is enjoying the movies he is making now, but I believe he deserves so much more. I wish I knew how I could help his career.

This movie shouldn't of cost to much to make since its all made in the same building. Whoever did all of the fake blood did a horrible job. Because when barking Ellen jammed the paper clip remover in the guys throat. The blood was black. Even though the guy is black it doesn't mean that he has black blood. It was a weird idea to take a water pistol and drink alcohol out of it as well. What I couldn't understand is how did that weird guy find time to have sex with that hot chick while everyone else was getting killed. You would think since the building was so small that they could hear whatever was happening around them. It was a strange pick for the actors in this one as well.
