The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;

I've liked Marlon Wayans work in the past. I actually think "Little Man" is a funny comedy. I didn't think that this movie could be that bad, since I know Wayans can do good jokes. But, this was a huge mistake. I regret watching this. It's just people screaming and trying to be racy or chocking. It left me speechless, in a bad way that is. I couldn't believe that Wayans got a studio to give him the budget and that it was released in theaters. The chicken fight scene was the only part that made me chuckle. And I wanted to see something funny. I don't even wanna bother talking about what other stuff happens here. It's just a waste of talent and time. And trust me, you don't even wanna know what happens in this movie.So, stay away at all cost. Marlon Wayans, I know you can be funny. Please don't you ever make "A Haunted House 3" (only if you can actually make it good). I'm telling you; don't watch this movie, you'll waste your time.

I actually liked "A Haunted House" so I was going into this movie with high hopes that lightning could hit twice, but instead of striking, it misses the target completely. The movie is basically a retread of "The Conjuring" with references to "Insidious," "Sinister" and some smaller horror references (the son has an invisible friend named "Tony" ala "The Shining."), but it's really an excuse for rampant profanity, objectionable sexual references and more simulated pornography segments. There are weak comedy moments that go on forever (Wayans simulates an exceedingly long repeated rape of a "demon doll" eight minutes long after it stopped being funny) and endless nauseating sexual references. (Wayans makes endless "box" references as a metaphor to a girl's pubic area.) The movie just doesn't have the creative edge or the honest character dialogue of the first flick, instead relying on non-stop slapstick, dark humor and Wayans's ability to make faces and scream like a girl. There are a few funny moments (Wayans types in his computer: "When will they stop making "Scary Movies" without the Wayans Brothers?"), but they are so few. The movie also repeats a lot of material that wasn't all that funny in the first movie: a dog gets killed (again), Cedric the Entertainer shows up for no reason (again), characters ramble on about nonsense (again), Wayans simulates endless sex acts on an inanimate object (again)….. It's as if they paid no attention to the script and just made it up as they went along. Essence Atkins appears for what seems to be just a tacked-on cameo without adding anything to the movie. Comedian Rick Overton is wasted in a role that is stretched into an extremely unnecessary and boring "Breaking Bad" sequence. Jamie Pressley is vastly underused; only appearing as a "straight man" to Wayans bouncing and screaming all over the place as the Devil Doll plays out the role of a "former-girlfriend-turned-stalker." There's just not much more to the movie to that. It's not terribly funny, nor is it creative or edgy; it just drags on like a body behind a car.

Review: This movie is really stupid and the jokes go way too far. Its basically about a couple who move into a haunted house, just like many other movies in this genre but in this case it's a comedy which is based on the Paranormal Activity movie. There are some scenes that go on forever, like the sex scene with the doll and Marlon Wayans really goes far to make the jokes funny, in a far fetched type of way. Personally I didn't find the movie that funny and I'm surprised that it made so much money at the box office. The multi-racial content with the Mexicans and the black and white couple, we're also a bit disturbing and the family seemed pretty dumb. Don't get me wrong, I did watch the movie with an open mind and I totally didn't take it seriously, but the jokes were quite offensive and I really got fed up with it after a while. Not Funny!Round-Up: I'm sure that were going to be seeing more from this franchise, as it made money at the box office and it's obviously got an audience which actually find it funny. I usually find a couple of funny scenes to talk about but in this movie, I really cringed throughout. The prolific sex scenes with the doll, must have been hard for Marlon Wayans to pull off so I will give him props for that but the rest of the cast were quite poor. That is due to the awful script and silly storyline which was written by Marlon Wayans. Anyway, at the end of the day, we all know what to expect from these films so if you want to watch a silly film with silly jokes then this is the movie for you.Budget: $4million Worldwide Gross: $24millionI recommend this movie to people who are into their silly comedies about a family who move into a haunted house. 2/10

A Haunted House 2 (2014), the sequel to the movie A Haunted House (2013):To start the film presents quite sexual and crazy humor, but to parody certain horror films of recent years do not does anything wrong, the pace of the film is well run, that if in some cases(not unfamiliar - to see people from slum mood - If you like of refined humor will not be to your liking).Some new parodies were disappointed as the deplorable Scary Movie 5, Disaster Movie, Vampire Sucks, including the only thing Worn do is repeat jokesThis film certain scenes could really surprise you, has good scenes, finally a very funny movie, a great time one while watching with friend and sisterThe best thing about this movie is that the comedian Marlon Wayans ago anything to try to make it to your liking. finally I admit, I am a Marlon Wayans. whether A Haunted House 1 and 2 like more that Scary Movie 2 and 5greetings and thanks.
