Very good movie overall, highly recommended. Most of the negative reviews don't have any merit and are all pollitically based. Give this movie a chance at least, and it might give you a different perspective.

The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

Not many have sold out Wembley Stadium for a tribute concert. This is a concert in memory of a dynamic performer of the name Farok Bulsara (otherwise known as Freddie Mercury). Freddie is the greatest Asian star the world has seen. On top of that, he is one the greatest voices in rock history. The concert is filled with lots of treats. If you're a fan of any of the artists featured on this video, then go out and rent it, you won't be dissappointed. For Queen fans, it's a "must-view" video. What more can I say, it's a truly spectacular event.

Queen were and still are without a doubt the best band that ever graced planet earth. This very emotional tribute concert pays tribute to one of the worlds most powerful rock legends ever, the great Freddie Mercury who sadly died in November 1991 from AIDS.The Freddie Mercury tribute concert boasts a whole lot of stars. From George Michael who did an amazing job when singing "somebody to love" to Elton John, who was a close friend of Freddie's. Heavy metal groups like Guns n Roses and Metallica performed with style to. Overall a very good and emotional concert.10/10

I first saw The Freddie Mercury Tribute in 1995, when I was 14, and I was blown away! It is jam-packed full of Queen songs, footage, *and* rock legends. This concert (the video)introduced me to Roger Daltrey and Robert Plant, which has consequently made me a *huge* Who and Led Zeppelin fan. Anyway, this concert is fabulous. One of my favourite parts is when Brian May is singing 'Too Much Love Will Kill You', and is almost crying! :( It is definitely recommended. I am positive that if you do not particularly like Queen when you first view it, you will by the end of it, as well as all the other legends involved. Words just cannot describe, and I cannot imagine how amazing it must have been to have actually attended the concert! Queen really are the champions, and this concert really *will* rock you! -Cathryn
