Good concept, poorly executed.
A story that's too fascinating to pass by...
It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties.
This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
This review contains spoilers, and it's only two sentences long. Seriously. I want my hour and a half back. Killed the guy basically by accident, and he didn't even sleep with her!!???!! Just. So. Terrible. I'd give it negative stars if I could.
Really enjoyed this story of a man taking interest in a a new neighbor who is being abused by her husband. He is attracted to her and also wants to help her. A symphony of emotions play across the face of the leading man as he maneuvers through the events in his life. Wow, great acting. In fact, all of the players in this story do a good job of acting. I was enthralled. A refreshing change to the many fast action, bad acted movies out there. This one was more mentally satisfying.
Did I say boring? I'm dumber for having watched this.
I seriously can't understand how somebody could enjoy this movie. I guess everyone is entitled to their own opinion. In my opinion, this movie was boring and frustrating. A creepy old guy, who appears to act and talk older than he really is, consistently stares at people without saying anything. Hoping something in the movie would happen, the movie abruptly ends. Makes me think they could have just ended the movie at any time.
