it is finally so absorbing because it plays like a lyrical road odyssey that’s also a detective story.

Hrithik Roshan early in his career proved that KNPH was not a fluke..Awesome performance...Movie tells a story of how messy is Kashmir issue and best part of the movie is the cinematography .. Music is superb too.Performance-Sanjay Dutts best role till date after Vaastav..Preity Zinta was good too .But the man himself Hrithik Roshan is simply brilliant. The movie released at a time were Dulhan hum Le Jayenge ,Kuch Kuch Hota Hai ,Mohabbatein were the genre that people preferred ,but this movie remains superb in comparison to even to days 200 Cr films..Highly recommended..

I bought this video because I expected for an action film with an original script.I was disappointed by this lengthy film, which is overrated, in my opinion. The unfolding of the plot is permanently interrupted by songs or non-persuasive attempts to explain the incomprehensible characters'attitudes. These sequences are annoying, in particular if you not understand the language of the songs (Hindi, I assume). The ending is also highly unlikely, with combat scenes which are worthy of superheros. So, I recommend you to do not spend money to see this film.

I decided to continue my phase of watching Bollywood movies which I have not seen in a while and I stumbled upon Mission Kashmir , although I try to avoid very sensitive subjects regarding this the issue of Kashmir and the way Bollywood has a reputation for portraying Muslims these days I had decided to put these views to one side and view this movie and to my surprise it was nothing what I had expected it to. The film has elements of love, faith, hate and other various things so cleverly woven into it that it fits in very nicely and moves the film along at a good pace. The movie also wasted no time in getting under way with plenty of twist and turns and some good dialogue and truly some moving scenes and not to mention the fact that it was beautifully shot giving us the flora and fauna of Kashmir and the grim , ugly depiction of war. The acting from nearly everyone was up to scratch including Hitrik Roshan who I felt was a little cheesy and mousy at times but he carried him-self well, my only complaints were that the songs in this one were a little too long and that caused the film to drift a bit and I felt the Islamic terrorists were well again a little tooo clichéd as if Bollywood has been watching Hollywood a too much. But having said that , Mission Kashmir was defiantly an entertaining but yet at the same time moving, thought provoking picture which is must be checked out by Bollywood fans.MISSION: KASHMIR - 8.5 OUT 10TWO BRAVE MEN BATTLE EACH OTHER ...AND PARADISE BURNS!

this movie depict the strong ethnic tension in India, which was a result of the partition after they gained independence in 1949. the issue of Hindu and Muslim conflict emerge after the British colonization. We can see the struggle and nightmare of the innocent children who were really affected by the conflict. In connection to this, I admire the musical score(its fascinating) and the amazing cinematography, especially in the river scene where the Arabic words(signifies Islam), face of Jesus, and the submerged LOTUS. That scene really struck me, the brilliant director try to emphasize that HINDU will perish after the missile is released. Generally, this conflict is a result of a devastating colonization; in fact its like a disease that has no cure (a cancer in a sense)
