Gibo to Musume no Blues 2022-nen Kinga Shinnen Special (2022)
The new year of 2020. Gordic, a company in Osaka that was on the verge of being rebuilt with the help of her mother-in-law, Akiko (Haruka Ayase), is taken over. The new owner is the boss of a foreign fund. They are so-called vultures who make large sums of money by acquiring companies at low prices and selling their stocks and assets at high prices. However, Akiko, who was supposed to have come face to face with the person she hates, is at a loss for words when she sees him. The man who should take revenge, Ryoji Iwaki (Yutaka Takenouchi), looks just like his deceased husband, Ryoichi (Yutaka Takenouchi, playing the second role)! !

It is not deep, but it is fun to watch. It does have a bit more of an edge to it than other similar films.
This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.
It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
