Tugger is a little jeep. During World War II, his engine fan was replaced with a real airplane propeller. Since then, he's known that one day, he too will fly in the skies. While spending his time doing boring work towing airplanes around, he never let go of that dream, and who knows, it may just come true some day...

There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.

what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.

The art work was not bad but it could have been much better. The sound was poor. There really was no story line that made any sense. It looked like the cartoon was rushed into production. I think this group has a chance to make top grade productions in the future, but this first attempted was tossed together. They need better writers and more people who can rework the sound. It will be interesting to see what their second production is like. One area they have got to improve on is their public relations. They seemed to expect that word of mouth would bring out a huge crowed to see the movie and buy the DVD. It doesn't work that way.

I had never even heard of Tugger before checking the movie listings to see if there was anything I could take my 2 yr old and 4 year old to see. I went not expecting anything great, but to my surprise this movie was really cute. I wasn't sure if my girls would like a movie about a Jeep, but it wasn't at all made just for boys. The movie is about a Jeep who has a dream to fly. The whole story is about not giving up on your dreams no matter what other people say. Tugger is a very likable character who was voiced by Jim Belushi. The movie kept the interest of my 2 1/2 year old and when I saw at the end that there was another Tugger movie coming out next year, my 4 year old said that she wanted to see it.I highly recommend this movie to any parent!

We attended the "Tugger: The Jeep Who Wanted To Fly" World Premiere in Celebration, Florida on July 2nd. I took my seven year old granddaughter and eleven year old grandson. All of our group really enjoyed the movie. The movie had a good story line and an important message for children. The computer animation was excellent. The characters were appealing. Jim Belushi did the voice of Tugger and also sang some great songs for the movie. I was pleasantly surprised at his performance. It is wonderful to see a good clean family movie that is entertaining and sends a positive message to children. We really need more movies like this. This is truly a great movie for all ages!

I saw Tugger at the premiere in Florida during the 4th of July weekend. This movie was high-quality computer animation along the lines of Toy Story or Finding Nemo. The story was extremely cute and patriotic, and with a "G" rating it was perfect fun for the whole family. My entire group (comprised of people of diverse ages) enjoyed the movie which was full of good life lessons, while never becoming too obvious or "preachy" like so many family/kids films. The characters, voiced by Jim Belushi and Carrot Top, were lovable and done well. Jim Belushi also sang the songs in the movie, which I found to be excellent. I would recommend this movie for any family looking for something that both the parents and the kids can enjoy together.
