This is a typical conan movie for which you want give all the praise to the writers for the awesome climax and an interesting start but refrain yourself from doing so because they filled the rest of the movie with routine and boring crap. Seriously, there is nothing special in the murder they have chosen. It's good enough to be on a special episode but not great enough to be made into a movie. Despite its short comings, the movie still has some extremely good points. The last 15 minutes is enough to give 10/10 but you cant forget the one-hour-long-boredom. Beginners may like that part too. But for someone who has seen dozen of these movies and hundreds of these episodes, the one hour long trash doesn't offer much. The writers are very much obsesses about the number 15. Being the 15th movie, it has 15 murders, 15 important characters, 15 minutes of climax and 15(quarter of an hour) in the title itself.(I hope these aren't spoilers, they are just some obvious but interesting facts)The best part of the movie is the climax-the last 15 minutes of movie. You just can't hate it. I would recommend people just to watch the entire 105 minutes movie for the 15 climax alone. It's thrilling, emotional and well animated. If you like it when they throw conan into an almost impossible-to- win situation and smartly bring him back to life, then this is the best movie(climax) for you. If you love watching ran crying for shinichi's help to save conan and watch their power of love(and the writer's smartness) winning over impossible situations, then you WILL love this movie(climax). Also, if you love watching conan's idiotic friends yelling non sense and making irritating statements, you are bound to love this movie. Rest of it is just typical conan stuff. I wanted to give 10/10 for the good points but 8/10 is more than enough.

This movie is thrilling when everyone thinks that Kudo Shinichi is going to die, but you know, guys, if conan must die, detektiv Conan can't go on, would you really think the story creator would really let Kudo Shinichi to die so fast and so easily? So again, Kudo Shinichi is not dying and keep on rocking in Detective Conan===== Spoiler:Quarter of Slience , means that there would be 15mins of slience of movie.8 years ago someone got killed an the rivalry caused this movie 15 killing....Ran and Conan went to snowskiing...Why Ran would speak "Shinichi! If you can hear me, answer me!!!! SAVE ME SHINICHI!!!!!!!!" Ran, "SAVE ME SHINICHI" Would Conan die in this movie????What is the meaning of SLIENCE when it display that Ran keep calling Shinichi to show up to save her in snow when both Ran and Conan are in danger???What is the 8yr ago accident/murder that caused this killing?
