Australian Shorts is comprised of ten short films, which detail various experiences of people in the Australian community. The films are titled Finding Jedda, Jeanette is the Dog, Each Other, Glen, Une Belle Journée, Prom Night, Wirun, Giants, You and Me, Before and After and Hot Mother.

The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.
There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties. It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.
