Glow Up NZ takes the UK reality phenomenon and gives it a distinctly Kiwi makeover. Over seven weeks, nine makeup artists (MUAs) will battle it out as they navigate inspiring and creative challenges that will push them to their limits. Hosted by ZM Breakfast's Megan Papas.

9 aspiring MUAs are thrown into their first round of competition. While some will rise to the occasion, it is clear that others are out of their depth.

The MUAs celebrate each other in a brief designed to show what makes them proud. Then, they are all thrown by their first real-world industry brief featuring Project Runway NZ winner Benjamin Alexander.
