Shri Ram diverts the direction of the river to save the village from being destroyed. Ravan fails to lift Lord Shiva's Pinaka bow at the Swayamvar. Later, Shri Ram arrives in the kingdom of Mithila.

Shri Ram entrusts Lord Vishnu's bow to Varun Dev for safekeeping. Later, Bharat and Shatrughna arrive in Mithila for the wedding.

The citizens of Ayodhya stop Shri Ram's chariot and insist on accompanying Shri Ram for the Vanvas. Meanwhile, Ravan instructs Meghanada to accompany him to Pataal Lok.
Shri Ram is greeted by Nishadraj Guha, the king of the tribals, on the banks of the river Ganga. Meanwhile, Ravan and Meghanada take Sulochana's help to enter Pataal Lok, but Varun Dev stands in their way.

Dasharatha passes away after not being able to bear the pain of separating from Shri Ram. Meanwhile, Shri Ram and Lakshman protect a group of Rishis from the Asuras who were attacking them.
Bharat and Shatrughna are recalled to Ayodhya after Dasharatha's passing. Meanwhile, Lakshman builds a hut for Shri Ram and Mata Sita when they reach Chitrakoot.
Bharat finds out that Kaikeyi was the one who forced Shri Ram to accept the Vanvas and got Dasharatha to name him as the next king. Bharat is enraged with Kaikeyi and decides to renounce her.
Bharat and Shatrughna perform Dasharatha's last rites in Ayodhya. Later, Bharat prepares to leave and bring Shri Ram back from his Vanvas. Meanwhile, a group of Rishis arrive in Chitrakoot to meet Shri Ram.
A group of Rishis ask for Shri Ram's help in stopping the Asuras tormenting them. Ravan returns to Lanka after defeating Vidyutjiva. Meanwhile, Nishadraj Guha stops Bharat who is on his way to meet Shri Ram.
Indra's son Jayanta feels mesmerised by Mata Sita, and he takes on the form of a crow to approach her. Meanwhile, Nishadraj Guha apologises to Bharat for misunderstanding him and agrees to take him to Chitrakoot.
On reaching Chitrakoot, Bharat has an emotional reunion with Shri Ram, who then fulfils his duty as Dasharath's eldest son. Later, King Janak arrives in Chitrakoot and asks Mata Sita to return to Ayodhya.
Bharat asks Shri Ram to return to Ayodhya and take his rightful place as king. However, Shri Ram is not willing to dishonour Dasharatha and his words by returning home. Later, King Janak holds a public discussion where Shri Ram and Bharat debate their sides.
Shri Ram agrees to ascend the throne of Ayodhya, but only after completing fourteen years of Vanvas. Bharat agrees to his conditions and takes his Padukas as his blessings. Meanwhile, Lord Hanuman builds a stone idol of Shri Ram.
Lord Hanuman defends young Vanars from the tiger attacking them. Meanwhile, Shri Ram leaves to provide aid to the Rishis who sought his help.

The reign of the Vanar King Sugriva comes under threat when his older brother, Vali, returns. Meanwhile, Shri Ram arrives to meet Rishi Sarabhanga, who guides him onto the next stage of his journey.
Vali blames Sugriva for conspiring against him and stealing his throne. Lord Hanuman speaks up against Vali and defends Sugriva. Meanwhile, Shurpanakha arrives in Dandakaranya and meets her brothers, Khar and Dushan.
Vali throws Sugriva out of Kishkindha and forces him to flee. Khar and Dushan get information about Shri Ram's presence in Dandakaranya. Meanwhile, Sugriva seeks refuge in the Rishyamukha mountain.
Lord Hanuman convinces Vali to leave Sugriva alone until he remains in Rishyamukha. Meanwhile, Shri Ram finally meets Rishi Agastya after spending several years searching for him.
Rishi Agastya grants powerful weapons to Shri Ram and Lakshman and guides them towards Panchvati. Meanwhile, Shurpanakha's son, Shambuka, takes his army and mounts an attack against Shri Ram.
Shambuka enters Panchvati, stalking Mata Sita. Lakshman finds Shambuka and ends his life swiftly. Meanwhile, Shurpanakha goes out to look for her son and comes across Shri Ram's residence.
Lakshman cuts off Shurpanakha's nose when she tries to attack Mata Sita. Shurpanakha finds out that her son Shambuka has been killed. Later, Shurpanakha returns to Dandakaranya and tells Khar and Dushan about what happened.
Khar and Dushan march towards Panchvati along with their army to take revenge for Shurpanakha. Shri Ram faces them all by himself and defeats them one by one.
Shurpanakha tells Ravan about what happened to her and wants Ravan to take revenge against Shri Ram on her behalf. Meanwhile, Shri Ram tries to cheer up Mata Sita after the battle in Panchvati.
Ravan is determined to take revenge against Shri Ram and Lakshman for their actions against his sister Shurpanakha. Later, he meets Maricha and demands his support against Shri Ram.
Shri Ram promises Mata Sita that he will capture the golden deer and bring it back to her. Meanwhile, he instructs Lakshman to keep watch over Mata Sita and ensure her safety. However, Lakshman hears cries for help and creates a 'Lakshman Rekha' around Mata Sita's cottage, warning her to stay within it at all times in their absence.
Mata Sita is forced to cross the Lakshman Rekha as she doesn't want to offend the Rishi. Ravan reveals his true self in front of Mata Sita and kidnaps her. Shri Ram senses that Mata Sita might be in trouble and rushes back to Panchvati.
While searching for Mata Sita, Shri Ram and Lakshman follow the trail she left for them. Meanwhile, Jatayu tries to stop Ravan and save Mata Sita from him.
Ravan defeats Jatayu after learning his weakness. Shri Ram comes across an injured Jatayu and finds out that Ravan was the one who took away Mata Sita.
Ravan brings Mata Sita to Lanka and gives her a demonstration of his power. Meanwhile, Shri Ram and Lakshman are confronted by an Asura during their search for Mata Sita.
Shri Ram travels to Mata Shabari's ashram to seek her guidance in finding Mata Sita. Meanwhile, Vibhishana opposes Ravan and urges him to return Mata Sita to Shri Ram.
Shri Ram and Lakshman arrive at Mata Shabri's ashram. Meanwhile, Ravan gets ready for his wedding, but Mata Sita is not willing to accept his demands.

Shri Ram and Lakshman make their way to the Rishyamukha mountain. Sugriva thinks that Shri Ram is a soldier sent by Vali, and he sends Lord Hanuman to investigate.
Lord Hanuman takes Shri Ram and Lakshman to Sugriva. Meanwhile, Ravan showcases his knowledge in front of Mata Sita in order to impress her.
Sugriva tells Shri Ram the reason behind his exile to Rishyamukha mountain. Shri Ram and Sugriva decide to join hands and come together to defeat Vali.
Shri Ram advises Sugriva to challenge Vali to a battle. However, Sugriva is unsure about fighting his older brother. Meanwhile, Vibhishana apologises to Mata Sita for Ravan's actions.

Shri Ram asks Sugriva to wear a garland so that he can differentiate between him and his brother during their fight. Meanwhile, Ravan shows Mata Sita his throne room and tries to impress her with his wealth.
Sugriva challenges Vali to a fight once again. Angada takes Vali's wife, Tara, to the battlefield. Meanwhile, Shri Ram saves Sugriva and defeats Vali with an arrow.
Sugriva and the others perform Vali's final rites. Sugriva gains the throne of Kishkindha and invites Shri Ram for a celebration. Meanwhile, Trijata has a change of heart when she sees Mata Sita standing up for herself in front of Ravan.
Sugriva sends out his Vanar army to search for the place where Ravan is keeping Mata Sita. Meanwhile, Ravan shows Mata Sita the power of Lanka and introduces her to Kumbhakarna.
Shri Ram decides to halt the search for Mata Sita till the monsoon season ends. He instructs Sugriva to return to Kishkindha and take care of his kingdom. However, Sugriva doesn't return with his army even at the end of the monsoon season.
Sugriva acts carefree in his duties and is not willing to step out of his palace. When Lord Hanuman doesn't return, Lakshman decides to go to Kishkindha himself and reminds Sugriva of the promise he made to Shri Ram.

Lord Brahma brings Maruti back to life, and all the Devtas give him their blessings. Lord Indra gives Maruti the title of Hanuman. Later, young Lord Hanuman meets Surya Dev and wants to become his student.
Young Lord Hanuman frequently troubles a group of Rishis and causes hindrances in their Yagyas. In response, the Rishis curse Lord Hanuman to forget all of his powers. With Jambavan's help, Lord Hanuman reawakens all of his dormant powers and makes his way towards Lanka.
Varun Dev tries to create hindrances for Lord Hanuman to prevent him from reaching Lanka. Meanwhile, Akshayakumara arrives in Ashok Vatika with a threatening message for Mata Sita.
Lord Hanuman continues to make his way to Lanka, but Naag Mata Surasa blocks his way. Meanwhile, Akshayakumara forbids everyone from bringing any food or water for Mata Sita.

Ravan orders his soldiers to light Lord Hanuman's tail on fire. However, his orders have the opposite effect, and the city of Lanka gets set on fire by Lord Hanuman.
After burning Lanka down, Lord Hanuman offers to take Mata Sita to Shri Ram. However, Mata Sita says that she will wait for Shri Ram to defeat Ravan.
Lord Hanuman returns and gives Mata Sita's message to Shri Ram. Later, Sugriva and Shri Ram plan to declare war against Lanka.
Shri Ram's army begins their march towards Lanka. They reach the coast but have no means to cross. Meanwhile, Ravan prepares his soldiers for war.
