The story-telling is good with flashbacks.The film is both funny and heartbreaking. You smile in a scene and get a soulcrushing revelation in the next.
There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.
There is definitely an excellent idea hidden in the background of the film. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find it.
Watching it is like watching the spectacle of a class clown at their best: you laugh at their jokes, instigate their defiance, and "ooooh" when they get in trouble.
Echo: 3.5/10One of those low budget TV movies that you find at midday. This was the story about a good twin and evil twin, the latter of whom is presumed dead or something after a car crash that kills their parents. Anyway, he re-emerges as a psycho and kidnaps his younger brother, and tries to become him in his life. Interesting plot, but pretty bad acting and an average script. Kept me watching until the end, but...
