Too much of everything

At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.

This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

I liked the movie and don't know why you all are giving so less points. It is a classical Sci-Fi movie like surrorgates, which is also with bruce willis in it. The story is a little bit shortened, maybe because of the time limit, but it is still a movie which can entertain anyone. The casting of the police officer could have been better, but the girl looked awesome. Maybe a longer view in to the virtual world would have been a better point. But as I wrote, it is a nice movie and has much more potential with more money and some better actors. People who doesn't like it, have another taste. But i think for those who like a crazy, maybe true, view in to the future, the movie is good enough So good idea, nice actress. For me not less than 6 points...

Thomas Jane at his finest, superb acting all around, great plot lines, Bruce Willis in one of his FINEST roles, the script is well thought out, and the director did such a great job bringing it all together, it will make you cry your eyeballs out at the end of the movie, much like the movie old yell er, your heart will ache and you will want to see this movie over and over and over again, especially at the holidays when the whole family is gathered around looking for something to do. I am surprised this movie did not get even more that the 5 academy award nominations it did. I am glad Bruce Willis got an Oscar for his role, I wish Thomas Jane would have got an Oscar also, he is such a superb actor!

The writing was so bad. Writers - Andre Fabrizio, Jeremy Passmore. They also wrote red dawn and san andreas which topped less than 3 stars, so yeah they aren't the best writers in town. Actor Thomas Jane literally has no brain. I believe a better actor could of put his own spin on it and made it at least a 4 star movie. Best part of the movie was Ambyr Childers. Acting wasn't that bad and she's easy to look at. If you love Sci-fi you will hate how crappy this movie is. spoiler: Disgruntled lack luster police pretty boy, Roy - (Thomas Jane) doesn't like Vice. Vice is, Julian Michaels - (Bruce Willis) playground of created humanoids in which disturbed womb born humans like to go to release some of their crazy fetishes, such as: killing, raping, eating people. You know the usual creepy crap psychotics like to do. Further created humaniod Kelly - (Ambyr Childers) escapes vice. She narrowly escapes her prison despite all of the security guards with multiple automatic weapons aimed at her and an rpg. Mellow drama in between. Roy catches robot and creator of robot whom dies. Roy and Robot team up to take down Vice. blah blah blah. Tuned out movie cause it's so..... boring. Robot wins freedom, woot!

I watched this movie last night, whilst fresh on my mind I felt it was my service as a movie watcher to warn you about this terrible movie.At 1st I thought the movie had something going for it, after 15 minutes in, it dawned on me that perhaps this movie was perhaps the worst thing I've watched since Mac and Me! I felt though, I had already invested my time and went with it.It's a terrible kinda, sorta, not at all remake of West World which I actually like, but a horrible and, if you will, unrealistic version.Just don't watch,....THERE.......... saved you over an hour of your precious time that you'll never get back...Watch something else instead!
