Mune: Guardian of the Moon (2017)
When a faun named Mune becomes the Guardian of the Moon, little did he had unprepared experience with the Moon and an accident that could put both the Moon and the Sun in danger, including a corrupt titan named Necross who wants the Sun for himself and placing the balance of night and day in great peril. Now with the help of a wax-child named Glim and the warrior, Sohone who also became the Sun Guardian, they go out on an exciting journey to get the Sun back and restore the Moon to their rightful place in the sky.

I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
Very disappointing...
Best movie ever!
The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
The story is pretty standard as far as children's movies go. You can pretty much tell within the first few minutes of the movie how things are going to go down. Despite that it's still a fun ride than my children and I enjoyed and there were a few pleasant surprises along the way. The world the story is set in and the delivery of the plot is also unique enough to keep it interesting enough to watch without groaning at the predictability. In any case, the predictability isn't necessarily bad as it is a kids' movie and teaches good enough morals; believe in yourself to unlock your true potential, do not be arrogant, do not belittle others, keep the company of those who bring out the best in you, help others--these are all great lessons for kids.The animation though--wow! I really loved it. I especially loved the use of different animation mediums to create a different feel and experience during various parts in the movie it worked very well in my opinion. The art style was very cute too but the use of colour was very artfully done. There are so many little details the artists really didn't have to add, but I'm glad they did.A new family favorite? I'm not sure. I think I would watch this again just to be transported to this beautiful world. I am going to be on the look out for more animation from these creators.
I was going to give this a 7 but since one user rated this a 3(BS rating) i am giving it a 10 to balance it out. Look at the movies the guy has been reviewing and then he or she goes on here to bash THIS gem? Oh please, this movie oozes fantasy reminicent of The Dark Crystal and Never Ending Story but more suitable for even the very young.
A enjoyable movie to be watched for all generations. The animation it self was magnificent, well drawn, well done, the scenery was beautiful, characters well written, actors done their job, story well written, and the hook was there - for you to watch from the beginning 'till the end.Clearly a message hidden to be learned. The movie satisfies all criteria that are necessary for a movie to be loved, cared and watched. A fairy tail, where everyone enjoys watching it. Not to much cheesy lines.A creation of a movie that is worth watching, be you are a kid or a grown man. I gave it a 9, usually don't do that, but this time it earned it.

"e...To impress the ladies."--In my opinion, this is the typical French romance.The film without luxuriant CG special effects, Just rely on the simple and even sketch drawing style, Make the audience into the magic world of the film build.And all this is by the imagination of the script.In my mind,There are the two films is also like this as a core value of imagination,"Monsters,Inc.(2001)"and"Inside Out (2015)".Of course,"Inside Out"apparently more profound.and this film is suitable for children under the age of 12.Given the Monsters,Inc. the score of 8.1, and I think to 7.8 is relatively appropriate for "Mune".
