The major sub-plot circles around the youngest Griffin, Stewie, who has a near-death experience at a pool when a lifeguard chair falls on him, but he survives. After having a vision of being in Hell, he decides to change his ways, but this doesn't last long. While watching television, he and Brian spot a man that looks like Stewie. Brian is convinced that he is Stewie's real father, until Stewie learns that the man is actually himself as an adult, taking a vacation from his own time period. Baby Stewie visits thirty years later to discover that his adult self, going by the name Stu, is a single blue-collar middle-aged virgin working at a Circuit City-type store. Meanwhile, Peter and Lois are trying to teach their two older kids, Meg and Chris, to date. In the future, Chris, who hasn't changed much, is working as a cop and is married to a foul-mouthed hustler named Vanessa. Meg is now called Ron, since she had a sex-change after college.

It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

I love this movie. Even though it is technically three episodes in a row. I love it so much and it is one of my favorite things to do with Family Guy. If it were an episode, it would probably be one of my all-time favorites. In this feature-length episode, Stewie tries to kill a little boy by blowing him up with a bomb. But after being hurt himself, he goes to Hell and realizes what a terrible place it really is. He is determined to be a good bye so he'll never have to go back there. When he sees a man on the television who looks remarkably like him, he thinks it has to be his biological father. He travels to San Francisco to meet the man face-to-face. It turns out that the man isn't his father, it's him from the future. Thirty-five years in the future people take vacations to periods of time, not to destinations. When older Stewie goes to go back, young Stewie hops on and goes for a ride. Stewie is disappointed to see no monuments or statues dedicated to him. He thought he would've taken over the world by now. Older Stewie reveals that he abandoned his plans for world domination years ago. And that he is a normal guy. When it's revealed that he's a thirty-five year old virgin, Stewie is determined to get him laid. We see the Griffin family in their older ages. Chris is a police officer who is married to a horrible woman. He's so funny. He lists all of the laws that Lois has broken and says he won't write her up as long as she gives him a cookie. And he yells the word, cookie. It's so funny. Peter and Lois are pretty much the same, just older. And Meg is now a man. Ron is his new name.Overall, I give this movie, that's technically a long episode, 10 out of 10.

Of all the shows in all the world, Fox was bright enough to let MacFarlane revive Family Guy, as its reruns were picking up enough steam that, if this movie was released across North America in theaters, it would have done well. And thankfully, this film stays true to its roots, as there are enough gags and references to keep fans and occasional viewers of the show interested right to the end.Stewie Griffin has a near-death experience that changes his perspective on everything.Aside from some well-timed gags (the Saddam Husein gag) and the extraordinarily bold (Detective Mackey's "brother"), everything else is what you would come to expect from Family Guy. Amen to that, as much of their references to Star Wars, Star Trek, and 80s cartoons have become more like thankful tributes or parodies to the fans, rather than just an outright gag itself. Bringing back Family Guy and timing it with this DVD release has been one of the best things for Fox. For once they listened.

This has to be one of the top 250 movies ever. Combining Family Guy with a full length movie sounds like trouble, but in actuality, The Untold Story is just 3 Family Guy episodes put together with some bonus scenes. First and foremost, this movie was unbelievably funny. Think Family Guy, but no tight FCC restrictions for a major network. The jokes were sick and low-brow, and Stewie was as vulgar as ever. Everything about this movie was absolutely brilliant.Hardcore family guy fans will especially enjoy this one. It has the usual Quagmire perverted antics, as well as the usual strange story lines used in Family Guy. Not to mention there are some cut-away scenes and references, but not a massive amount. I can't wait for them to make another movie."Aw... it was a mirage! It was only an RC cola machine!"

When the youngest of the family, Baby Stewie Griffen (Voiced by Steh MacFarlane) and the family dog:Brian (Voiced also by MacFarlane) watched television. But they find themselves looking in the television, what it seems to the old version of Stewie. Which they are surprised to see. Stewie thinks that this look-alike is his father. Which this mysterious person is from San Francisco. Which Baby Stewie and Brian travel to San Francisco trying to find this mysterious guy. Baby Stewie finally meets him, it is actually his future-self. This older Stewie isn't quite what Baby Stewie imagined to be, when he will be older. Baby Stewie tries to give this older Stewie much confidence.Directed by Pete Michels and Peter Shin made an crude, occasional mean-spirited but an amusing vulgar comedy. Which is based on the television animated show from "Fox". This film is actually cleverly pieced together from the previous episodes, it has amusing subplots but it also has some awful racial stereotypes as well. This has the most flashbacks of any features in recent memory.DVD has an sharp Pan & Scan (1.33:1) transfer and an good-Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound. This DVD also the choice to choose between the censored language selection or the uncensored dubbed as well. DVD has an running commentary track by the cast & filmmakers, animatic comparison and previews. This has many special-guests vocal performances as well. Die Hard fans of the T.V. Series should enjoy this more than the average viewer. Others viewers beware. (*** 1/2 out of *****).
