The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

Ant (Cam'ron) and Carter (Omar Goodling) run into trouble in New York and have to lay low with their cousin in Miami. Ant takes on a straight job helping set up charge processing with businesses. He gets the idea to skim off the transactions.Ving Rhames appears briefly. The film lacked action and drama. I was bored listening to people sit around and talk. The action scenes, such as the party filled with naked women wasn't shown, just the boring morning after. The low budget aspect of the film made it a joke.Parental Guide: F-bomb, N-word. Nudity.

There was one reason I stuck with this movie past the first 5 minutes. It is so terrible that it almost became entertaining! The acting, script and performances are just plain bad, but the (lack of) quality in the production takes things to another level. An early sign of what was to come was when the two lead characters were shown sitting in what is clearly a stationary, motionless car. Despite this, one of them repeatedly moves the steering wheel in a an apparent attempt to convince the audience he's driving. I could dwell on such mistakes but it would be remiss not to mention the casual racism. The characters are repeatedly shown demeaning white women (who seem to appear only as prostitutes, strippers or serving staff) with the apparent intention of making themselves appear tough. Racial slurs and needles, bizarre unprovoked aggression towards white women is a recurring theme. Essentially, this feels like it was written, acted and scripted by ten year old's who have spent the afternoon watching rap videos.

First, unless you like seeing Ving Rhames wearing a cowboy outfit, you don't want to see this movie.Second, if you need a reason to wonder why it is this movie was made, please for the love of gods, tell me.Third, there's no spoilers to give away about this godsforsaken movie. It's just that bad. They took what could have been a great plot and instead cast it with people who have no clue what they're supposed to be doing. HOW did they get Ving Rhames into this mess? He is such a good actor. Was it extortion that got him to do this pile of stinking poo? It's not a gangsta' movie, it's not a rapper movie, it's not a crime drama, it fails on so many levels it just is incomprehensible what they were thinking as they watched the final cut of this atrocious thing that they thought, "hey, you know, SOMEONE will like it." No, not they won't unless English is not their first language. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. Don't waste the 90 minutes you could be doing something else, ANYTHING ELSE, watching this.

Great Movie, I like State Property 1 & 2 better. Also Plot could have been more interesting. Some of the actors could have got into their character a little better. A good movie for Crime, & Comedy :-) I also enjoyed seeing myself in this movie. (Played in the Strip Club Scene as a Swat Team Member, and in the Club Scene) Glad they filmed this in Miami, FL. Everyone in the cast had fun everyday. Looking forward to the next film from Flavor Unit Ent. Favorit day on set was when Melinda Williams made me give her a leg massage, said her legs hurt from rocking them heels :-). Glad BET picked this up! The next time Flavor Unit Ent. has auditions for speaking rolls i'll be there. Especially if it's in Miami.
