The Worst Film Ever

Blistering performances.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

When you have a President who is a climate change denier, it may not be the worst time to remind people that our planet needs our help. Just because we made it so far, does not mean we should keep going at that pace we are right now. Slow down, take a look and try to better things should be in our self interest or that of our kids.Hopefully you can see that and while most people do not like to be lectured (me neither), the movie tries to walk a fine line between educating and warning. It doesn't always work, but you can't dismiss the facts. Well turns out you can, but you are not really helping anybody. Apart from your consciousness that is and so you won't feel guilty. The first one might have been better, but this is a decent follow up ...

Al Gore is not a climate scientist. He is a Tax Farmer. He's been one his entire career. Over sixty years ago we were taught in junior high that science is never settled, as Gore proclaims. There are laws of science, such as gravity, but that's another subject. I refer you to Wikipedia's "Scientific Method" for more information. In the meantime, hold on to your wallet.

Ok, that is wishful thinking...but what a beautiful thought! President Gore! Yes!!! You know, I saw the last movie and I took notice. It seemed like we had made strides in the direction of doing justice to our stewardship of this great planet. Tears came to my eyes when I saw we had reached an accord in Paris. What a moment! How India was helped to take care of Her people and our Planet too! Wow! And then comes the part where the U.S. has stepped out of this accord?! How could anybody look at this and be concerned how great a film it is? That is not the point. The message, and this documentary, has been made with clarity, accuracy, honesty...what else do people need to see? People, we must take this seriously! This is not about this movie, it is about our children having a beautiful home. This beautiful Earth, our home! So, if you fell asleep, please wake your bootie up!

Watched the Inconvenient Truth years ago and was very concerned about the state of the Climate. Since then... nothing. Just about all of his predictions did not come true ie Gore claimed in his 2006 film that by 2016, Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa would be snow-free (did not happen),Gore also claims temperature rise from increases in man-made carbon dioxide emissions were "uninterrupted and intensifying." He claimed heatwaves will become more common, like the one that killed 35,000 people across Europe in 2003.what actually happened to global temperature after Gore's film was released? Global temperatures showed little to no warming trend . In fact, surface temperature data showed no significant global warming for a period of about 15 years, starting in the early 2000s. These are just 2 examples from the first film. There are many more!! I believe now that Gore is conning us and getting rich doing it.. Now more false claims in this movie.I find it interesting that his first movie about the end of the world, has a sequel... how ironic!!
