The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

A group of young scientist are performing time travel experiments. They are introduced to us by filmdom's worst stake-out. Most of the action takes place in an underground secret facility that the NSA knows nothing about even though they have someone in deep cover. One man Landay (Malik Yoba) doesn't have a record before 2007, not hard to figure out half the plot from that tidbit. The title refers to the paradox of time travel and changing the past etc. Schrödinger's Cat committed suicide during the film. When a killer emerges, everyone wants to live at any cost or paradox created.Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity. Zoe Bell tank top cleavage. "Time Lapse" was better.

Interesting premise. It could have been a better movie if it weren't written by a 12 year old. I stopped watching and wrote this review when an adult character said 'para-thingy' and a supposedly intelligent 'scientist' explained the 'para-thingy' as fate. At least pretend to make an effort to be sci-fi, or don't write like a middle school cheerleader failing basic math. The scientist, shouts at a supposedly tough guy who says para-thingy, 'this stuff is hard!' When explaining a paradox. Minimal effort, zero thought and no character development.

It's just a shame, that a movie that could have actually been quite good breaks it's own neck. But I'll get to that in the next paragraph, which is where the spoilers will be too. So you've been warned twice about those, not that I think many will care with a B-movie like this. And that's something you always have to keep in mind. We're not talking De Niro performances or A-List script. Know what you watch, rate considering those facts.Having said all that, the time travel concept is not an easy one to pull off. But the movie is pretty decent, all the things making sense to some degree (going back and forth in time). But there is also the viewer who can see through it. When we see our guy chasing after a bad guy who goes into the elevator, quite a few will know what's up. Which is being completely distorted and destroyed by an unbelievable ending. An ending that makes no sense and is just there to shock us ... why?

Personally, I can't understand all the people who gave 1/10 points. It is obviously a B movie and it wasn't in the cinemas (at least not in Germany), so it has a small audience. I e.g. just watched it on Netflix. What I think is great, is the unconventional and brave story and plot. Few movies dare to have these, these days. Nothing the less, it is exactly what I ask of a movie. I want a movie to bend reality, to create a world of dreams and make me wonder about the big things in life (not intended to sound pathetic). And Paradox did this as far as it showed me things over which I don't think too often. Having all these things in mind, I think Paradox earned the 8 points.
