Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

I became a fan of Nick Carter after watching him in season 21 of Dancing with the Stars. I became a fan of the Backstreet Boys after watching this awesome documentary. They are great guys as well as gifted musicians! Nick talks about his dysfunctional childhood and about his fighting parents and how their behavior deeply hurt him which is very obvious in the scene where he takes the guys back to see the home he grew up in and then visits his old school where he breaks down in tears after his teacher gives him a gift. In this documentary Nick has a shouting/screaming name calling tirade at Brian. I am/was very saddened at Nick's loss of self-control and the hurtful remarks to Brian. Nick was repeating the very same behavior of his parents! I hope when he watched himself in this movie that he recognized that fact.

Even though I never followed their career, I was still curious to watch their documentary and was very touched and impressed with how raw, honest and authentic they were in front of the camera.I found it to be very interesting and compelling. They did a great job of putting together all the pieces of their history, as one of the biggest boy bands in the world, as well as each of their own individual story, starting from when they were young boys growing up with dreams of making it big, leading up to their own personal struggles and successes.Whenever someone is able to share their story in a very real and truthful manner, it's bound to reach people from all over the world... No matter if they were fans back in the day, still are or have never heard of them... This documentary shows raw human emotions and everybody can relate to that.So yeah, great job guys!!!

Regardless being a long time fan, I found this documentary very unique and special from other documentaries. They didn't focus on concerts but basically their private lives and secrets. Each member had a voice to speak out. It is a documentary that would make you love this boy band as they are and how successful they were. I felt sorry for Brian and what he was going through. It was interesting how they viewed each and everyone of them in a special way. The boys grew to be men and there had to be a change to be done! It would have been a 10 out of 10 documentary if they hadn't use so many bad words since there are young fans watching. Thumbs up!

I was a fan and I bought this video and well what a great disappointment. While a whole bunch of girls were out buying shirts, CDs, and concert tickets, these guys were out drinking and doing drugs with all that money and at least one of them got himself into a cocaine coma. They are trying to re-image themselves from boy band to grown up band while at the same time trying to reach the same level of stardom they once enjoyed. When they all get frustrated with themselves they blame Brian for his difficulty with some vocals. You see Nick get angry and use nasty language towards the team. In reality this video actually makes some of the band members less likable and like a bunch of immature kids. Brian comes across like a person who really could benefit from joining another band, Nick comes across like an immature punk, Kevin comes across like a perverted dad who knows a few choice phrases in German, Howie comes across just fine and level headed he should go on his own also, and AJ has the same sense of humor as my pizza delivery guy. They all got screwed by Lou but without him they may have not faired as well, besides all of them are millionaires now, how many people have you met have gotten screwed and end up as millionaires as well. Buy this if you want to hear the truth straight from the horses mouth, do not buy this if you don't want to ruin the Backstreet Magic. Brian I sincerely hope everything works out for you.
