Fix: The Ministry Movie (2011)
Provides an insider's view of the groundbreaking, outrageous, creative juggernaut that was the band Ministry - during their world tour - as front man Al Jourgensen slips into drug addiction. Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!
The Worst Film Ever
At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.
It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
I went to see this movie without being a fan of Ministry, or Al... or the genre of music. I knew virtually nothing about the band.Shortly after the movie started, I buckled myself in. This was going to be intense. Could I make it? Oh hell yes! This was going to be a wild ride. And it was. The movie grabbed me and bitch-slapped me upside the head. I couldn't take my eyes off the screen - it was brutal, interesting, well made, at times - funny as hell. And, yes - very entertaining.Afterward, my mind was going a million miles an hour thinking about the spectacle of what is "FIX." Unbelievable. It sticks with you for days.Highly recommended.
