It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.

This is a dark and sometimes deeply uncomfortable drama

It's not a great movie but it's not completely awful either. I found myself laughing quite a few times throughout. The T&A sprinkled in wherever they could also helped me enjoy it just that little bit more. The thing that surprised me most though was that in one of the stories they actually got me with a decent jump scare. Kudos. But yeah, try to give this movie some leeway, at times you will wish it was over.

Abrasive shock jock Amos Satan (sharply played with caustic aplomb by John Bradley Hambrick) relates four tales of terror over the radio on his last day on the job: An artist resorts to drastic evil measures to achieve greatness in his work, two thieves pull off a robbery which has severe repercussions, a corrupt ex-cop finds himself being haunted by his grim past while working as a security guard, and a murder accomplice gets driven out of her mind by her guilty conscience.Director/co-writer Henrique Couto relates the enjoyable stories at a swift pace, maintains a generally dark and serious tone throughout, offers a few nifty twists, generates a good amount of tension, and delivers plenty of tasty distaff nudity for fans of the female form. The solid acting by the capable cast holds this movie together, with especially praiseworthy contributions from Erin R. Ryan as sweet photographer Linda, Geoff Burkman as unrepentant dirty cop Easterly, Hayley Madison as the calculating Tara, Josh Miller as the fidgety Albert, Joe Kidd as moody artist Garrett, and Joni Durian as the conniving Eva. The third and fourth segments are the best of the bunch while the wraparound tale boasts a nice surprise ending. Couto's slick cinematography provides a pleasing polished look and makes dynamic use of a mobile camera. An immensely fun omnibus outing.

It's actually a bit hard for me to describe this movie as it was just an amazing experience. I guess the word I'll use is "Fun"! From the moment the movie started, I was pulled in. This movie features a set of stories and tales of terror, mystery, and even humor. What makes this movie so special? Nowadays most movies are lacking what I remember seeing in the shows and movies that scared me as a child such as tales from the crypt for example. It's the stories of terrible things that happened (or didn't) that allure me. Another great aspect was that the movie consisted of several short stories which makes it easy to sit through. I didn't get bored a single time. In fact I even jumped a few times and freaked out a bit which is amazing fun. All I can say is that this is one of my favorite films, especially around Halloween. It is a smooth and well casted film which will entertain to full satisfaction. Oh yeah, and there are boobs galore! A very fun addition to this movie. There should definitely be more movies like this. I will watch this movie over and over again, it's so delightful.

This was a very fun movie! It's an anthology with a frame story connecting all the vignettes. The frame story was incredibly great with John Bradley Hambrick as Amos Satan, a late night radio host who is doing a special show for his final night before he goes his way. Hambrick was great as Satan, giving a great feel of radio host. The vignettes are "urban legend" type stories that Satan knows and wants to share with his listeners, instead of the usual taking call-ins from people telling him clichéd urban legends. Each of the vignettes is written by a different author which all give their own unique feel to the movie. All have spot-on comedic moments without trying too hard.If you enjoy anthologies, I definitely urge you to check this movie out!
