There are better movies of two hours length. I loved the actress'performance.

a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

This is a great must watch movie. "Carmen G" must be in movie theaters through out the New York State area and more. The acting and the story on this movie I excellent. drama, thriller and suspense all in one and a story of a poor family trying to make it in New York it's just a great movie to watch. Carmen G is a very good movie. This movie has drama, fiction and a great social message, (Breast Cancer, Immigration). I think that is a very good movie. I think a is reality, with a bit of fiction. It has a excellent cast and very talented protagonist, made ​​me laugh and cry several times. I see his transformation gradually. The movie has very good shots of New York and photography. It has a very clear message, about immigration and the difficulties that illegal immigrants suffer. I believe that is an eye opener for many who do not know the suffering of illegals immigrants in U.S.A.I recommend it to everyone.

I had the opportunity to see this film in XXIX Festival De cine De Bogota, Carmen G demonstrates the excellent quality of Colombian cinema is being done right now. Carmen G, is a Colombian peasant who flees violence to attack us for so many years here in Colombia, she travels to New York with her baby, with many dreams and illusions. On his first night in New York these dreams and illusions, completely change your life, this is where there is an intense story of a Colombian woman in the United States, which has drama, suspense and some fiction. ********* I recommend this Colombian movie is excellent!
