Tender Loving Care (1994)
A hair restoration doctor whose fresh-out-of-school nurses help him attract and maintain a clientele. The director plays a guy who wants to get the doctor evicted, and Rhonda Shear plays his dominatrix girlfriend.

I love this movie so much
Good concept, poorly executed.
It’s an especially fun movie from a director and cast who are clearly having a good time allowing themselves to let loose.
An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
Better than average T&A comedy. It's a variation on the usual giggling young women going topless to save the old hotel/bar/carwash from the heartless developer. But the ethical lines are a little less clear than usual. Lots of pretty women in this one, and not the usual Corman/Wynoski/Olen Ray lineup. Adolescent boys, don't miss this. Everybody else, this is a lightweight comedy and you might find the T&A stuff a little sexist.
