Redundant and unnecessary.
Good story, Not enough for a whole film
Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
I caught this film while scanning for race films. It was a small little movie with an obviously very small budget, but the story was very moving and some of the driving sequences were actually pretty well done. The music was great too. The story is actually about three separate races and it is very apparent that the filmmakers shot the flick across the country. Some of the lighting was a spotty, but the production was actually pulled off pretty well with some very fun editing - split scenes, etc. Some of the dialogue scenes went on a little long, but it is light and fun.The four leads were all great too, very understated performances.
The worst movie...unbearable acting....why the hell a pregnant wife allows her husband to race when they were planning for a Honeymoon....can't think more than a second more ...turning of this movie. The characters were badly portrayed... The introduction to every character was so irrelevant. Couple of fights in the movie so unrealistic..., the throwing of punches is like uninterested..What's with the discussions of Chevy and their makes.....needless discussions and lousy love making scenes.I have seen many bald actors with good acting, this guy Philip Andry looked so disinterested through out the plot.The money they had spent on the crew and making should have been spent on a good story writer and director.I don't want spend another minute on this review, just that I had to comply the 10lines ....else it's total waste of time
