Undescribable Perfection
Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.
what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.
In an unspecified time, sex crimes is an issue and Lady Ninja Kaede with her special sexual Ninja powers has to put a stop to it. If this sounds like Ninja soft core, it is. Girls in fish net body stockings, simulated oral sex, nudity, fake male organs, sex, and rape. Not much in plot. Some scenes written as comedies, but they didn't translate well.
