Cauchemar en cuisine avec Philippe Etchebest Season 11

It was in Muret, a few kilometers from Toulouse, that Martine made a real call for help to Chef Philippe Etchebest. Her husband Joël has been running a restaurant for 11 years, but today, at more than 70 years of age and when he should be enjoying a peaceful retirement, he is exhausted. Despite his best efforts, customers are becoming fewer and fewer and Joel can't afford to pay himself. The least we can say is that in this restaurant dedicated to seafood and fish, the chef has gone from one surprise to another: between a waitress who is completely lost, more than 400 lobsters in the freezers and a cook completely adrift, the situation is catastrophic! But during this colorful week, the chef will make a discovery that will completely change the future of the restaurant.

In Alixan, Danielle called on the chef Philippe Etchebest. When her brother died 15 years ago, she took over his restaurant, but for the past few years, it has been a downward spiral. The turnover collapsed, and Danielle was in danger of losing the establishment she had inherited. When he arrived, Philippe Etchebest quickly realized that he had come across a shock duo: Danielle and her son Steven never stop arguing and the atmosphere between the two is electric. In this restaurant, everyone is fighting, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. To make Danielle and Steven aware of the seriousness of the situation, Philippe Etchebest asked the customers to rate their lunch. He also once again called on Mallory Gabsi, a former Top Chef candidate, to accompany them on a large service.

Beatrice and her partner Patrice opened a restaurant nearly two years ago in Notre-Dame-de-Vaulx, in Isère. Today, Beatrice calls upon Chef Philippe Etchebest because their situation is at its worst. Between the decoration, the dishes that don't really make you want to eat and especially a kitchen in a deplorable state, Philippe Etchebest found himself faced with a disoriented couple. To try to help them, the chef set up a new method: he asked the customers to rate their meal and he once again asked Mallory Gabsi, a former Top Chef candidate, to manage a big service with them.

Contacted by Sandrine, the chef went to Carnoux-en-Provence, in the Bouches-du-Rhône, to help Alexandre, a restaurant owner in difficulty. For once, Philippe Etchebest is initially seduced by the original culinary concept of the establishment. But he quickly became disillusioned when he saw the team in the dining room and discovered the state of the kitchen. Sandrine and Alexandre violently blame each other. To help them, Etchebest calls on Mallory Gabsy, a semi-finalist from season 11 of Top Chef.

For the repeat of the show, Philippe Etchebest teams up with Mallory Gabsi, the semi-finalist of season 11 of Top Chef. Together, they travel to Epoye, in the Marne region, where Jean-Jacques has taken over a restaurant. Despite his long experience in the restaurant business, he is accumulating debts, and his restaurant's attendance is down. Whether in the kitchen or in the dining room, Chef Etchebest has no difficulty in pointing out the shortcomings: a welcome in jogging suits, frozen products, latent tension between the father and his son.
