Emotions run high as the team prepares for their final Nationals competition as the Irreplaceables. With four solos, the girls go head-to-head to see who can come out on top as the National title winner. As this chapter comes to an end, the moms and girls all contemplate what their future holds.

Cheryl adds an old rival to the team, but the mothers are not happy with sharing the spotlight; Kalani suffers a catastrophic injury, putting her solo and the group routine in jeopardy; the pressure of winning brings Camryn to her breaking point.

The Irreplaceables and the ALDC both find new choreographers to take Abby's place; Cheryl Burke works with the Irreplaceables; the girls' insecurities and their mothers prove to be a struggle for Cheryl; the ALDC struggles to stay together.

Chloe performs for the first time in front of Abby in two years, but struggles with missing her old teammates. Ashlee makes a decision that sends shockwaves through the group, and after an unexpected series of events, the team will never be the same.

With Abby gone, Laurieann pushes the girls to do professional-level choreography. Kalani and Brynn compete in head-to-head solos. The group routine focuses on an issue that results in a fight between two jealous moms.

Laurieann's intensity and passion shakes things up at the ALDC, but will her unique methods and choreography be enough to win? Meanwhile, ex-ALDC member Chloe returns to the competition world for the first time in two years to dance against her former teammates.

The moms dispute with Abby over a vegan-inspired routine, while Kendall, Brynn and Kalani compete with head-to-head solos. Also: the team says goodbye to Abby for possibly the last time when she decides to head to Europe one week before her sentencing, making the moms question the future of the ALDC.

It's the first week back and the news quickly spreads that Abby's court sentencing is just two weeks away. With the clock ticking, the moms are desperate to know what Abby's plans are for the future, but Abby's total denial creates havoc for the team. Instead of focusing on her own court case, Abby creates a group dance centered around Ashlee and Brynn's family court battle, forcing Brynn to face emotionally charged subject matter through dance.

Conclusion. In the Season 7 finale, the ALDC compete against the Candy Apples for the title of National Champions. Later, Abby has a breakdown; and an unexpected guest surprises the team.

Part 1 of 2. Abby hits a creative roadblock with the group routine for Nationals. Later, four girls are assigned solos, but two moms aren't happy that none of them are original members; Kendall premieres her music video; and a former ALDC dancer considers visiting her old teammates.

The team returns to Pittsburgh, but the stress of proving themselves on the East Coast leads to some of the most explosive battles between the moms all season.

The ALDC spend their last week in Los Angeles before traveling to Pittsburgh for Nationals; and the elite team struggle with a difficult routine and a negligent coach. Later, Kendall shoots a new music video.

The ALDC travels to Denver where both the stakes and the altitude are high! For the first time this season Kalani, Kendall and Nia all dance competing solos. Much to the elite's dismay, the minis are in a technically complicated group dance, and the moms once again wonder if this addition will ruin their winning streak heading into Nationals.

The ALDC's revolving door continues as Abby auditions a new dancer to be a part of the "Great 8" team heading to Nationals. Brynn, Lilly, and Maesi all go head-to-head with solos. And, the moms are hopeful the new dancer will complete the team, but Ashlee thinks otherwise when her mom insults Brynn

Abby takes the girls to a cemetery to get them in the spirit for a graveyard-inspired group routine.

Abby and the ALDC try to break the long standing losing streak in Fresno, CA. Holly's nerves are frayed when Abby announces the theme for a controversial and racially-charged group dance. Meanwhile, Elliana and Maesi's duet brings out the worst in Yolanda and Jamie's already toxic relationship.

With Nationals only six weeks away, the mothers begin to worry about the ever-changing team, Nia gets her first solo, Abby gives two new dancers a chance to shine and the veteran mothers go on the attack when a new mother insults their children.

Abby brings in a new dancer with an eccentric mother; Abby encourages Brynn to lead Kalani and Kendall in their trio; the mothers are nervous when Abby assigns the first hip-hop routine since the elites walked out.

Abby challenges Daviana and Kalani to one of the toughest head-to-head solo showdowns ever. And, old tensions erupt when two minis rejoin the team and compete for a spot in the group dance. In a shocking move, Abby eliminates one dancer from her super team.
