Case: Vincent Tobias, John Beeker - Crime on a Government Reservation, Murder. A banker runs a loan sharking ring from his bank. He specializes in ripping off ex servicemen who have been rejected for a normal loan at his bank. The crime on a government reservation was the murder of a serviceman who could not pay the outrageous interest on a ""loan"".
