The current champ the Amazing Mara Knopic puts her title on the line against the architect of Anarchy himself Mike “KO” Kalinowski. Mara has been on an incredible run as she’s mowed down the cream of the crop of the Inner Geekdom division in short succession. Kalinowski wants revenge for that 5 pointer he missed that still sticks in his craw and the title back. And the Schmoedown Singles title is on the line as John Rocha puts his freshly won title on the line against Ethan “Big Time” Erwin.

It’s time for the Movie Trivia Schmoedown Spectacular III - part two of three special videos encompassing four title fights and six total matches! This second video starts with a battle for the much coveted Star Wars title between the current champ Alex Damon of Star Wars Explained versus Ken Napzok. Napzok has had his eyes on the belt since his razor thin loss to Sam Witwer last year so you know he’s bringing it in this one. Next up, The Classy One herself Clarke Wolfe pulls double duty and climbs back into the ring to take on The GOAT “Dangerous” Dan Murrell in a #1 Contenders match for the Schmoedown Singles Title. Clarke wants to follow in Samm Levine’s footsteps and be the second competitor to ever hold both the Tag Team Title and the Singles title. Murrell wants another shot at Ethan after the TKO loss he suffered in the 2018 Singles Schmoedown.

The winner of this one will be named the Commissioner of the League for 2019. Then, the tag team title is on the line as Clarke Wolfe and Rachel Cushing aka Team Shirewolves put their titles on the line against the winners of the 2018 Tag Team Schmoedown Tournament, Team Who’s the Boss? aka Mark Reilly and Ben “The Boss” Bateman. The Android also came up short against his fellow Fyffe Club stalemate Classy Clarke Wolfe. Now these two legends of the game slam into each other in the Schmoedown ring for a chance to fight for the #1 spot at Schmoedown Spectacular. One of these competitors will have a shot to win it all if they can get past each other today

The Android Marc Andreyko takes on one half of the tag team champions and his stablemate Classy Clark Wolfe. Andreyko had a great first round match and is marching into a possible #1 Contenders match again if he can get past the Wolfe. Wolfe after dispatching The Boss Ben Bateman is ready to carve up another competitor and she has her sights set on Andreyko. If she can get past him, she’ll have a great shot at possibly being the second person in Schmoedown history to hold both the Singles belt and the Tag Team belts simultaneously. Erwin is looking to etch his name in history as the first rookie to ever win the Singles belt, but he’ll have to get by the GOAT to do it.

Dan has been slowly finding his footing again in the league after being retired for almost a year and coming back to join the newext incarnation of The Horsemen. Stacy has become one of the greatest fan favorites in this league for her entrances, calm demeanor when she plays and her list of upset wins. This lady knows her stuff!

On today’s episode of the Movie Trivia Schmoedown, it’s time for Dastardly Andrew Ghai to continue his run through the Horsemen as he takes on Mark “Yodi” Reilly after his shocking TKO of the former champ Dan Murrell. Reilly recently came out of retirement at the last LIVE event and joined The Horsemen led by The Outlaw John Rocha. He is a two-time champion of the Schmoedown and is looking to become the first ever THREE time champion of the Schmoedown. However, he has his hands full with a driven, hungry and very prepared Drew Ghai. Everyone was wondering if his trivia knowledge would ever catch up to his obvious talent on the mic and promos and it looks like he has. If he can pull off a second upset in as many matches, he will certainly announce himself as a force to be reckoned with as he walks into a match with The Outlaw. If Reilly wins this match, it will set up a Rocha vs Reilly IV which could be the greatest 4th installment of any series since Rocky IV.

Ben Bateman takes on his most hated rival and the man who he has been clamoring to take on for over a year in Singles competition, John “The Outlaw” Rocha. Team Action, Bateman and Andrew Ghai, got the better of Team Top 10, Rocha and Matt Knost, the first time around with some brilliant head games and a guest appearance from famous wrestler X-Pac! But Team Top 10 got their revenge in the rematch and TKO’d the young guns. That match led to Andrew Ghai being suspended from the league for three months after he lost his cool and tackled Rocha. Ben was left to carry on the legacy of Action and started focusing on Singles competition during Ghai’s suspension. He has defeated Mantz and Dale The Dude Gibbs, but also took a loss to Marc Andreyko. But his victory over Mantz has led him to this battle with The Outlaw. Rocha is coming off a tough 3 round loss to Jeff Sneider and needs to bounce back with a victory here to get back into the title picture.

The Shirewolves consisting of Rachel “The Crusher” Cushing and the Classy Clarke Wolfe have been blazing up the ladder in this league with convincing and hard fought victories over some of the best teams in this league. People had high expectations for these ladies when they got together and they have not disappointed their fans with their victories. But now they face a very motivated Miss Movies Brianne Chandler. As all Schmoedown fans remember, Brianne shocked the world by winning this year’s Free 4 All and earning a #1 Contender match of her choice. After considering all the divisions, she settled on going after the Tag Team titles. BUT she decided to add a little drama to the proceedings by announcing that she is selecting a mystery partner to join her at the table against The Shirewolves. This is going to be one for the history books people!

He came in with all kinds of promise but suffered some very tough defeats that shook his confidence. However, after is performance in the Free 4 All earlier this year, he has come roaring back into contention for the title capped off with a recent defeat of one half of the former tag team champions, Jeff Sneider. Marc “The Android” Andreyko has slowly built his way up the ladder after also suffering some early defeats in the league himself. But after joining The Fyffe Club, his career has been reborn. He has knocked out some young bucks like Ben Bateman and some new titans in the league in Ethan Irwin. Now, he faces maybe his toughest challenge yet in The Beast. These two had a memorable intro match into the league and now they’re ready for the rematch.

The former champion Hector Navarro is looking to reclaim his Inner Geeekdom championship which he held onto for quite some time after taking it from Robert Meyer Burnett. We last saw Stacy Howard getting “crushed” by Rachel “The Crusher” Cushing after pulling off one of the greatest Schmoedown upsets ever over Mark Ellis in the first round of last year’s Singles tournament. RB3 has not played in over a year after a very close loss to Team Top 10’s Matt Knost. Stacy is ready to show that she’s no fluke and that her loss to Rachel was a speed bump on her way to the Singles title. RB3 wants to show that the long lay-off has only made him hungrier and stronger as a competitor and that he wants that title around his waist sooner rather than later. The Wildberries, Josh Macuga and Eliot from ETC, have taken the Schmoedown by storm with their unique call outs and fun matches.
