When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.

The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;

This is a violent movie, true, with plenty of four-letter expletives, but the violence is a little bit cartoon-like really. If you can forgive that, then the movie is worth watching for the humour, because it is very funny in places. Vinny Jones is his normal menacing self. Jolly good fun.

I asked some Lithuanians what one Lithuanian movie I should get, and all of them answered this. And while I'm sure their love for the movie is genuine, it's probably not a good movie to watch if you're not from Lithuania. Most of the movie seems to be about making fun of their own culture, showing corruption, perversion, "rednecks", prostitutes and cynical & dumb people on all levels of society. It can be funny to poke fun of yourself, but this was too much.The movie tries to emulate Guy Ritchie's gangster movies and the Hangover-movies. I guess it succeeds on the surface, having a plot that evokes both clumsy gangster getting into trouble, and drunk episodes leading to confusing situations, and having it all evolve into a climax. But the movie is not very funny, and the plot often feels forced.

Redirected is a story along the lines of Snatch, set in Lithuania. The plot is sort of on a bell curve, the beginning being not the best, and the ending being pretty awful. The dark comedy and action found within the bulk of the movie is what put my rating up to 7 stars. I'm trying my best to avoid spoilers, and most of the movie carries some weight tied to the plot, so I'm just going to skip this bit on fear of being blacklisted.The sound is another complaint that a lot of people had. I wasn't paying much attention and as such didn't have much problem with it. This might be what brought my review up a bit more.Now for the people who won't like this movie and what they can watch instead:If you can't stand a solid 10-15 minutes of rather boring introductory plot, I'd say this movie isn't for you. Instead, try "Snatch" or "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels". (For movies of a similar feel that pick up a bit more quickly)If you really can't stand the lack of sound, I'd again suggest "Snatch" and "Moonwalkers"If you're not a fan of Darker Action-Comedies, a solid alternative would be "Kung Fury" or "Naked Gun".Finally, if you aren't an action oriented person, a non action-y movie that is more Dark in its Dark Comedy would be "Trainspotting". Also good.

A direct imitation of Guy Ritchie movies but after so many years this style is boring now, especially if the movie doesn't have a good story or good acting and if it doesn't bring something new..This movie doesn't bring something new, no good acting, not a good story, just an imitation movie..Maybe thats where the name of the movie comes from...Maybe they thought people will find this movie so smart and funny but still all is, same story different faces (and the different faces not even close to the performances and characters we had in Guy Ritchie movies)No need to waste your time for this movie, you will not miss anything if you don't watch it.
