Good films always raise compelling questions, whether the format is fiction or documentary fact.

Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.

There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.

This is one of the greatest love stories I have ever watched in my life!. It tells us the great strength of pure love by portraying a lovely love triangle!. The film is highly entertaining and engaging in many ways. The technical aspects are also good along with one of the superb performances from all the lead and supporting actors/actresses in the film! . Go ahead and watch it!. I think this is a masterpiece!. This film is highly suitable for family viewing. It doesn't contain any kind of vulgarity or violence. It just shows pure love in a very decent manner. CBFC (Indian Film Censor Board) rating : U(unrestricted public exhibition).

A big box office hit and a massive fan base cant hide the fact that this is another shameful stolen script from Hollywood, films like this can merely claim originality, how ironic that audiences fail to recognise that this was a direct copy of SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL, even the dialogues were not spared from being copied, the film consists poor performances, mainly OTT by the entire cast.... another stolen runaway hit from bollywood, with another imitating performance from SRK, this poor actor has copied and stolen other artist performances threw out his career from BAZIGGAR to is latest HAPPY NEW YEAR,...ITS POOR POOR SHAME, Indian cinema should try its own constructive work , it has been missing for the last 4 decades, shame on you all..!!!!!

never really liked shah rukh khan's acting... always the same, i don't see any difference. ever since DARR movie he stuck to this weird stuttering... over-acting... bacially he's always so over-rated... tried a lot to be funny but too bad... collage scenes AWFULLLLL... looked way older for collage students... very bad taste when it comes to clothes choices... don't really understand y salman khan was in a supporting role, he's much better then that. a lot of crying, AGAIN a lot of stuttering for no reason what so ever. Kajol has always been good in movies but poor choices i guess sometimes... all the sets looks like candy(colours barf)... all in all not worth it..

I know its often brushed off as silly but so what? In spite of its inane premise, I firmly believe that its a very carefully and well written film with never a dull moment, amazing background score, jovial choreography, beautiful art work, aesthetic riot of colors (rare for its time) It's a visual delight, spectacle at its best with so many nice touches which later went on to become clichés of Hindi cinema. An outstanding film! Dripping with sweetness, honesty and the magic of big screen entertainment. This is what dreams are made of. This what Bollywood is.http://observerzparadise.com/
