When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.

The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.

Awful. Just awful. Although credit to the writers managing to make this both creepy AND boring. I really don't know how to write a long enough review on this tripe without resorting to "spoilers" The worst part was alleging that Santas sack is made from the same cloth that the baby Jesus was swaddled in when he was born. That really did it for me. My 3 year old liked it for about five minutes but even she got bored (and she will sit through The Smurfs on repeat if I let her) Don't bother if you come across this, it's really badly written, animated, scored - you name it. Although the villain is mildly amusing despite his terrible repertoire......

Now people who follow my comments on IMDb will know that I can be quite harsh and very honest, but without people like me, thousands of hours of time on this planet would be wasted staring vacantly at the television screen. I sat through this film in tears. Not because I was moved by the story or had my heart strings pulled by the music.. because 1 million dollars were scribbled on, burnt and ripped to shreds to make this animated car crash. What was the million dollars spent on? WHO KNOWS! It's completely mysterious at first where the budget went.. The music was awful - it sounded like it was the demo song from a budget synthesizer. Even my cat was terrified by the quality of the music. The worst part is the narration, by the grey haired guy who plagues our airways at night.. jay Leno. It was just the icing on the cake. The film was dreadful and I hope it will never find it's way back onto my TV in the next 100 years. The only good thing was when it finished.

To start off with, i wasn't thinking too much about this movie going in. I had never heard of this film and the only reason i knew of its existence was because of my local Redbox. However, the Christmas season came upon me and i decided to give it a shot. and to be honest, i was completely shocked. not only did i like this movie, but i loved it so much i went out and bought it the next day. This movie is really adorable. Now normally i can find little girl characters in Christmas movies to be annoying brats. ( A good example of this is that irritating little girl from The Santa Clause 3) However, not only was i not repulsed by Sophianna in this film, i thought she was completely adorable and wanted to give her a big "it'll all be OK" hug. Pretty much to the point that, if she were real, "I" would have adopted her myself. haha. This movie's vocal cast was great as well. i loved Norm as the fox, it just fit perfectly. the lesson was cute and the story was very original. i actually thought the twist with Santa's magic sack was really cool and original. The only reason why this movie doesn't get higher than an 8 is for one simple reason. The songs....weren't that great to be honest. While the plot, characters, and voices were all great, a lot of the songs left much to be desired. Other than that though, this was a great Christmas movie which i have already added to my collection and i really wish it DID had a theatrical release. Oh well, i guess i'll have to be satisfied with it on DVD. However, Christmas is here again really brings out the joy of Christmas, with 8 magical bags, out of 10

Santa's magic sack was made from Jesus' swaddling clothes? You can't just meld two mythological characters or themes like that. I love holiday specials and I don't mind the inevitable Christian-themed stories that appear along with the rest (Yuletide, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc.) But mixing them together in such a way is just silly and confusing for some younger viewers. I prefer holiday stories to stick with one branch of mythology or theme rather than trying to tie them together in one way or another in an attempt to give one emphasis over the other. Overall the movie was cute and my kids seemed to enjoy it for the most part, but I don't think I'll be adding this to our holiday favorites.
