Vice is the 3rd film co-starring Bale and Amy Adams. They both received Oscar nominations for The Fighter in 2011, as well as for American Hustle in 2014, and will undoubtedly do so again for this equally-impressive collaboration.
Such a frustrating disappointment
The story-telling is good with flashbacks.The film is both funny and heartbreaking. You smile in a scene and get a soulcrushing revelation in the next.
There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.
An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
