If you don't like this, we can't be friends.
Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.
If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.
The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
I saw this movie on an airplane a few years back, and I was just thinking about it again today. I liked it for several reasons:* Elite Icelandic actors, every performance is very convincing.* The script is funny in kind of a subtle manner (doesn't push the jokes to your face).* It was nice to look at the landscape in small-town Iceland. So as far as Icelandic movies go, I would say this one was quite memorable and I would recommend it.Those who have seen the movie and liked it should check out more stuff by the director Olaf and lead actor Stefan Karl.10/10
