I cannot think of one single thing that I would change about this film. The acting is incomparable, the directing deft, and the writing poignantly brilliant.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

Meera (Tannishtha Chatterjee) is a successful divorced Indian mom living in Sydney, Australia with her more Indian parents and daughter. During an Indian Holi celebration she bumps into Will (Brett Lee) who teaches Aussie dialect and slang to foreign students...most likely a non-credited course. Will stays the course and eventually this evolves into a romantic comedy...you know the one where the guy comes running back and confesses his never dying love...sorry for the plot spoiler if you never saw a romance film before. The production, like the film, was a mix of Bollywood and western. There are some cultural differences, but not a bad as it could have been. There is a mystery character that develops in the second half to maintain the drama. This is a simple heart warming romance which always has a happy ending and involves beautiful people...just like real life.Guide: No swearing. One love scene with near nudity.

Awful Movie , No Talent Of Acting Seen From Anyone Except Brett Lee. Without Him, The Movie Would Have Been Biggest Flop Of Century. I have no idea why lee would act for such a horrible movie like this bad.I usually don't write reviews but i had no choice. The movie so bad.Short Summery Of The Worst Film I Ever Seen- Former cricketer Brett Lee, remembered as one of the fastest bowlers in the history of the sport, has made a ballsy career switcher from the oval to the big screen – starring as the male lead in a cross-cultural Australian MGM about a sweet Caucasian bloke and a beautiful Indian woman with conservative heritage.Joining director Anupam Sharma's film UnIndian hardly suggests a cash-in of the Michael Jordan in Space Jam ilk. One suspects this deal was rather less lucrative, meaning Lee's move into acting was presumably because he actually wanted – the horror, the horror – to become an actor.

UNindian is a heartwarming charmer of an Indian single mother with a young daughter and parents(as Indian as they can be). Bret lee(already a favorite of many) comes into her life and falls for her simplicity immediately. This movie shows the struggle a single mother has to go through in society and even in her family all because she fell in love and that to someone from a different religion. I wasn't expecting much of a film, but I was pleasantly surprised. The film sped along with me never looking at my watch and I enjoyed every second of the film. OK so the story line is nothing new, and the classic story lines are contained within the film but it's all done very funnily, and with a breath of fresh air. The film moves very fast and keeps the audience entertained. The occasional funny moments are a good chuckle and not some poor attempt at humor. Thus, if you're looking for a film that is easygoing, uplifting and comfortably old-fashioned in its demeanor, this is it.

This movie was so good! I absolutely loved it. The lead actor and actress did an amazing job. The story is relative to that of many girl's who have been in the same situation as 'Meera'. This would be a great movie for a girl's movie night. This movie completely plays to the reality faced by many in a cleverly cute and funny way. If you're like me at all, you will completely fall in love with the characters and the story. I love that this girl is doing the job that she loves, goes with her gut, and goes after what she wants in life. She's cute, caring, fun, sassy, excited, a single mother and more. The characters they came up with for this movie are just as interesting as the story itself. I would really love to see more work by the lead actress!
