I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.

The acting is good, and the firecracker script has some excellent ideas.

The movie's not perfect, but it sticks the landing of its message. It was engaging - thrilling at times - and I personally thought it was a great time.

The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.

Having just met her earlier that night, Mark manages to find himself back at Cassie's place and soon the two are making out. Unfortunately this is when her needy roommate Kygan decides to come to check if she bought that cleaning solution that they needed. This short comedy is pretty good as it plays within its limits throughout. The scenario sees the roommate not being creepy but just more being socially boorish as he attempts to force himself across a possible situation where he might lose Cassie. Of course we see this from the point of view of Mark and it is quite funny in the few examples of the roommate being needy. The performances are what make it work though since generally everyone is convincing and gets the tone right. Stahl-David pitches his disbelief right and knows when and how to take it to frustration, while Graynor is good in support. O'Donnell is nicely needy without being scary or creepy – just a weak guy but he is funny with it.It does have limits as to how far it can work though and it never gets to the point of being really hilarious. I was also a little disappointed that it didn't ride the awkwardness feeling for longer as I thought there was more to be had from that before it got into more direct territory. Still, for what it is I found it amusing and it is nicely played.
