Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

Great story, amazing characters, superb action, enthralling cinematography. Yes, this is something I am glad I spent money on.

We all trudged through this B movie hell-bent on getting some benefit from our rental fee. Lame plot, stiff acting, bad direction, amateur camera-work... Have I forgotten anything? Oh yeah, Carrie Fisher is nothing short of sad. Very pathetic what's become of Princess Leia. My wife and I figured she had a stroke or perhaps did too many drugs. She was absolutely monolithic, that is, one face, one emotion, one tone of voice. And the girl! Leave her in some half-baked sitcom, please! And since when is a guy being a hunk criteria for granting a movie a positive review? Has everyone's brain turned to tapioca? Go watch some porn and quit providing an audience for film school dropouts.

When on a whim I thought I'd look up the trivia for this movie on IMDb and I saw that it had a standing rating of a measly 6 stars my heart sunk. This movie was incredible! It was filled with perhaps the most memorable one-liners, the funniest "villians", and the most unbelievable break downs imaginable. Not to mention one of the hunkiest pieces of man meat I have ever had the pleasure of watching for an hour and some odd minutes jump through cinema hoops. This movie had me laughing, crying, and kept me guessing through the entire thing. Sit down with your significant other, your sister, your brother, your mother, your father, your best friend, your puppy, kitty, or stuffed animal named Paul, I don't know...just WATCH IT.

This is a great movie - I bought it as soon as the DVD was released! The main characters are great and believable - but Carrie Fisher makes this movie! As mother of the bride she is over the top and hysterically funny! The stuff she does is just crazy - who would think of telling their future son-in-law that his bride is out having "vaginal rejuvenation" to work out her stress? She is funny, sarcastic and waaaayyyyyy over the top! It's a great love story without her - with her and her dramatics - makes it a great and funny movie. The romance is pretty hot as well, Matt and Laurie really bring it on and there's definitely chemistry between them - and Matt is totally hot and lucky us, takes off his shirt and gets wet as well. Even my mom loved this movie when she borrowed it - I was lucky to get my DVD back! I guess I'll have to buy her her own copy!

Hmmm...Who wouldn't want to wake up next to a Mexican hot-tie. I thought the movie was very good. Love at first sight. I really think the actor/s were also right on the mark. They seemed to have a connection. It was believable that they fell in love right away. I do like the ending. All romances should end that way. I think the movie is defiantly worth seeing. This is the first movie I've seen on oxygen. I think they really know how to judge a woman's movie. Also, Matt is on my favorite soap, Days. So looking at his bod is fine by me. I think he does an excellent job portraying a guy who just found the love of his life and doesn't want to let go. Carrie fisher is also funny in the movie. She plays an overbearing and racist mother who is bent on protecting her daughter's future. This, in despite of her daughter wanting to do her own thing in the end.
