Episode 10 - Canes for Veterans Central Texas
First Aired: October. 20,2021

Kirby heads to Copperas Cove, Texas where he tries his hand at carving discarded Christmas trees into canes for wounded veterans. Despite his fear of power tools, Kirby puts his wood working skills to the test––chopping, sawing, sanding, and polishing what once was considered old, into something new. With Canes for Veterans Central Texas helping him stay on task, Kirby learns about the veterans' struggles and successes, while he hustles to build a custom cane for a veteran in need.

Episode 9 - Jumping Dreams Double Dutch
First Aired: October. 13,2021

Kirby travels to Charlotte, North Carolina to join Jumping Dreams, a nonprofit that uses competitive jump roping to teach kids about fitness, nutrition, and friendship. Teamed up with some of the program's most accomplished jumpers, Kirby struggles to learn the ropes of an intricate Double Dutch routine in time for the annual competition. Between training sessions, Kirby joins the founders of Jumping Dreams in the kitchen where meals are prepped for kids in need across Charlotte.

Episode 8 - Gardopia Gardens

In San Antonio, Kirby digs deep into the world of urban gardening, working with an organization called Gardopia Gardens to bring the cultivation of fresh vegetables to low income neighborhoods. Kirby learns about planting, fertilizing, and pollination, as well as how community centers like the garden affect crime rates in the community. Together with the Gardopia team, Kirby races to prepare for the area's first farmer's market.

Episode 7 - Blessing Bike
First Aired: September. 29,2021

Kirby joins The Blessing Bike in Boise, Idaho to provide access to passenger bikes to families with loved ones experiencing age, health or disability related barriers. After taking 94-year-old Rosemary for a ride on her bike, Kirby helps build new bikes for residents of a long-term care facility and for the family of a young man with a rare mitochondrial disease. Together, they enjoy time outdoors creating special moments for loved ones who might otherwise feel confined to the house.

Episode 6 - Dream Adaptive
First Aired: September. 22,2021

Kirby travels to Whitefish, Montana to partner up with DREAM Adaptive Recreation, an organization which seeks to enhance the quality of life of individuals with disabilities by providing year round outdoor adaptive recreational opportunities. Kirby spends time with an avalanche forecaster for the Forest Service who was injured on the job, a Navy Veteran who was injured in a training accident, and seven-year-old Dean who was born with spina bifida. Together, they break down the barriers often encountered by those with physical, cognitive, intellectual, developmental or sensory challenges when attempting to participate in winter sports.

Episode 5 - Art for New York

Kirby joins Art 4 New York, a group making personalized gift baskets for isolated seniors in elderly care, as well as frontline workers. Kirby spends time with artists, photographers, and musicians, all working to make meaningful memories with the gifts they’re giving. Kirby travels all over the city, gathering photos, writing songs, and meeting incredible people who are making a big difference in people’s lives with just a little gesture of love.

Episode 4 - Special Kneads
First Aired: April. 21,2021

In Lawrenceville, Georgia, Kirby helps a bakery called Special Kneads and Treats with their grand re-opening. Special Kneads and Treats gives people with developmental disabilities an opportunity to work in a professional bakery. With the grand reopening coming up soon, Kirby and the team work hard to get everything in place. Kirby learns how to bake and decorate cupcakes, and takes on cleaning up afterwards.

Episode 3 - Blind Grilling
First Aired: April. 14,2021

In Springfield, Missouri, Kirby joins Blind Grilling, an organization that educates and provides accessible grilling kits for people with visual impairments. After putting on a blindfold, Kirby experiences firsthand how hard it is to cook without sight, and what the independence of cooking means to someone who is unable to see. While meeting amazing people and making some great friends, Kirby learns the ins and outs of blind grilling, and eats some pretty good food along the way.

Episode 2 - Trash Fishing
First Aired: April. 07,2021

Kirby travels to Detroit to join Trash Fishing, a group of dedicated boatowners who compete against each other to take the most trash out of the city’s waterways. Kirby joins in the action, as he works to hone his trash fishing skills. Out on the water, Kirby takes on hauling the biggest pieces of trash he can find, all in an effort to win the coveted title of “Most Trash”.

Episode 1 - Farm Rescue
First Aired: April. 04,2021

Kirby travels to Minot, North Dakota to join Farm Rescue, an organization that provides manpower and equipment to farmers who are unable to work their fields due to injuries, illness, or natural disasters. Kirby learns how to move cattle, which is a lot harder than it looks. Later, In order to help out, Kirby learns how to operate a massive combine harvester with mixed results.
