18-year-old Mike loves casual sex but his devout Christian mum will do anything to stop him. When 17-year-old Kirsty's mum disapproves of her boyfriends, she doesn't hold back. She found out that Kirsty's been seeing a 30-year-old man and hit the roof, meaning mum and daughter's relationship has hit rock bottom.
16-year-old Sherilee is bi-sexual but still in the closet. She hates the secrets and lies and wants to pluck up the courage to tell her mum but is afraid of rejection. Her cousin, 16-year-old Rochelle is also having a secret sex life, defying her parents' strict 'no sex at home' policy.
16-year-old David can talk about sex with his mates, but is mortified when the subject comes up at home. He's so embarrassed by parents Paul and Bev that he keeps his sex life completely secret from them. 18-year-old Kelly doesn't particularly enjoy sex but her mum Frances loves it, much to Kelly's embarrassment.
17-year-old David and his mum Monica lead separate lives. He's got the sort of freedom most teenagers would die for, but he just wants his mum to be a mum. 16-year-old CJ's mum Patricia has very strict house rules - sex is banned and his bedroom door must stay open if girls are in there. Abby Standen has been allowed to sleep with her boyfriends at home for the last three years, but as the number of partners has grown her parents are changing the rules.
18-year-old Cheryl picks up men for sex in internet chat-rooms and her relationship with mum Debbie has reached crisis point. 17-year-old Danny on the other hand is all talk; he's had sex once and that was with a prostitute. He's obsessed with 'getting his numbers up' and his mum is sick of his abusive attitude.
17-year-old Katy's step-dad Stan no longer trusts her where boys are concerned and their relationship has hit rock bottom. 16-year-old Laura is still a virgin and mum Alison is determined that's the way it is going to stay. As far as mum is concerned, Laura is still her 'little princess'.
