The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable

What a trodden under, mediocre piece of cow manure, which murdered the cash cow from which this installment of the first, which should've stayed as the only one, The Cell, with Lopez, came from. And lo, they tried milking that cow and nothing but dust came out. They should have done the right thing and let it die a great film. But no, a prep-pie brown nose money-hungry Jew in a suit and a tie considered, in his infinite corporate wisdom, that this half baked parasitic dung filled 'mainstream' plot less story 5 year old's use in summer camp, would do the first version its due honor. C list actors, obviously low-pay writers and production quality that could only be fair as to be said that they pursued some "grant" to fund the crayola quality production level we saw here. There, the world is safe again. Had my blood not been quelled, this entire website might have imploded into a burst of critique that would have eradicated all mediocre films contained herein, further streaming a flood of Cyber terminators set to prevent any further sins like this horrible movie, if it can be called that, and not a set of power point slides put into a sequence that fooled how many viewers that have seen this, into thinking it was a movie. Now that ladies and gentlemen, is rage, pure, fiery wrath of biblical proportions towards mediocrity, theft, dumbification of the nations and sheer blatant insult to those of us who wish they had not insulted their common sense and decent intelligence they have worked so hard in life not to be poisoned by the acid that is corporate culling of intelligence, imagination and critical thinking.

Well, they managed to at least give you hope with the name, but I am sure Tarsem Singh and anyone who was a follower of the first film shed a tear of disgust over this poorly made sequel.Poor acting, poor story, poor cinematography, poor directing, poor editing.I have never ranked a movie with one star, and I would have given it less if I could.I loved all of Tarsem Singh's films and am sad to see such a good directors hard work go to shame because of a poorly made sequel.I can only hope that whoever stared in this film was sad to do so.

FBI Agent Maya has developed the ability of psychically connect with other people after being murdered six times and brought back to live by the sadistic serial-killer Cusp. Now she is tracking down the infamous criminal through his mind using a device to protect herself but after an unsuccessful manhunt, she quits the FBI. One year later, when the niece of Sheriff Harris is abducted by Cusp, Maya's former chief Kassel summons her back to the investigation. Maya teams up with Harris trying to save his niece Penelope, but her time is short and she must risk her own safety to help the young woman......Yet another quick Dollar made by movie studios who think it's a good idea to cash on a semi successful movie released a few years prior.like 8mm 2, and the net 2.0, this has virtually nothing to do with the original, apart from the first five minutes, and the rest of the movie, is bland, uninvolved and badly acted/edited.Seeing that this is directed by someone who produced and directed several episodes of '24' this is one major feat, making something virtually unwatchable.and the inclusion of frank Whaly, just gives the game away the instant he appears on the screen.the effects are turgid and laughable, the script and story is dire, and it becomes a shambles come the end.Do yourself a favour, read the other reviews and believe them, it truly is this bad.the unfortunate thing is, we are going to be 'treated to other movies like this for years to come, and we will keep watching them, just for a miracle to come along.

To be honest this film has a great concept but unfortunately it was not very well executed, with the exception of Frank Whaley the rest of the cast never played their parts very well, the female lead only played her part well when she was striking sexy poses towards the end of the film and the rest of the cast mostly gave stone face performances but if it were not for the concept alone this would be the worst movie ever made.Being a sequel it bares virtually nothing in common with the first film starring Jennifer Lopez, although J-Lo makes a cameo appearance at the beginning of the film in the form of a clip from the first film, it follows its own storyline about a psychic FBI woman who teams up with a town sheriff to track down a killer that kills his victims and then revives them again. On the plus side I won't be begging for my 90 minutes back but I won't go out of my way to recommend this film even though it does have a great concept, however its mainly the bad acting that ruins it.
