I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible

Funny, strange, confrontational and subversive, this is one of the most interesting experiences you'll have at the cinema this year.

It is the first direct-to-video sequel of Bring It On that tells the story of Whittier who arrives at a fictional state college in California with the hopes of joining the national champion varsity cheerleading team.Despite having no direct relationship from the first film,it provides another attempt to tell a story about cheerleading.Apparently, the it isn't as good as the first film. Also, the cast aren't well-known to the viewer as well.Added to that, the characters aren't as charming nor likable nor is the story interesting nor compelling to the viewer. The cheers presented aren't also as good as the first one despite the fact that the setting is in college instead of high school.Overall,it simply capitalizes on the popularity of the first film and the need for more movies about cheerleading.

The screenplay is brilliantly written and the film has a strong cast. Bree Turner makes up in looks for what she lacks in acting experience. The whole thing holds together well with lots of subtle humour and touches of satire here and there. The writing is warm and light hearted and, whilst centred on the intense rivalry between the existing school team and a new school team of misfits, it manages to poke fun at the world of cheer leading the same time as it's glorifying it. The film has one problem however - it's title. Most reviews compare this to the original and would like a continuation with the original cast. This film bears no relation to the original other than being about cheer leading. In its own right this has a lot going for it and I have given it 10/10 as I think that it has been very much underrated.

Wow this movie was terrible. Compared to the first movie, it was the worst thing I have ever seen. Some moments were funny but the entire plot line was just a little too....cliché and rather stupid. The routines weren't nearly as good either. To follow the first movie, which combined routine-stealing and race issues, with this movie, with a plot that basically follows all cheerleader movies, is just bad. Bring it On is a movie that should be left alone, with no sequel, like the Mask. The central characters weren't in depth enough and it was just an all around bad movie. Also, there just wasn't enough diversity in this movie to me. Maybe that's just my opinion but this movie sucked.

First of all i would like to say that the producer of this is now labeled a moron because who would make a sequel with NONE OF THE SAME CHARACTERS okay? I would like to congratulate the producer on remembering the theme of these movies which is cheerleading...there are 4 main problems about this movie 1.your movie had NO plot line, 2.how can losers win a cheerleading competition who have never cheered before 3.the writing suck and there was nothing remotely funny about this movie 4. i want my money back for renting this poor excuse for a movie.Your writers are too lazy so they jack other ideas off of movies. STOP MAKING CRAPPY MOVIES PLEASE ITS KILLING ME TO SEE GOOD IDEAS GO TO WASTE I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A Sequel TO BRING IT ON WITH THE SAME Characters THIS MOVIE SUCKS AND NEVER SEE IT, thank you lots of love me
