To all those who have watched it: I hope you enjoyed it as much as I do.

A film with more than the usual spoiler issues. Talking about it in any detail feels akin to handing you a gift-wrapped present and saying, "I hope you like it -- It's a thriller about a diabolical secret experiment."

The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.

Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.

I've heard about this one for years, and now that I finally got to see it, I must say that it lived up to its reputation as a nasty little Bigfoot movie.Over the year, many people have turned up dead in a certain part of a forest. Professor Nugent takes a group of students into the woods to check out the Bigfoot creature that may be behind the carnage. There's also some sort of devil-worshipping cult running around, so it's possible they're the killers instead. Or maybe it's Crazy Wanda. It's pretty obvious that at least some of the deaths are attributable to Bigfoot, so there's not that much of a mystery. But the overall story is simple and effective, the kids are fairly tolerable, and the gore is a total hoot! Yes, this is the movie where the biker loses his manhood to Bigfoot while relieving himself in the woods. But there's so much other delicious gore, and the rather shoddy transfer of the film I saw works to make the effects look better, if that makes sense. And one great trick the movie uses that more movies should - a lot of the kills are told in flashbacks. That way, we can keep our relatively small cast and not worry about them meeting up with others in outlandishly contrived situations and still get lots of extra victims. I know I'll take heat for loving this one, but much like Crazy Wanda, I'm not gonna feel guilty about who or what I like.

Thanks to YouTube, I have seen 'Night of the Demon' the uncut version. Most people say 'its bad its good' but in my opinion its awful. The acting is horrible, the music is horrible and story is just plain out boring and awful. I'm glad that this movie didn't get an official DVD release. There is some on eBay and Amazon, heck, I don't care if people want to buy this and waste there money on this awful thing you call a 'cult classic' ,but the film is in such bad quality from a VHS transfer. The story is slow, Bigfoot looks like a rejected Chewbacca, the ending is in slow motion, the overuse of roars and growls and the characters are unmemorable. Even though there is gore, the gore is just unbearable to watch. There are many people who like this kind of stuff...but not me.

Night of the Demon is one of the infamous video nasties that was banned in Britain. It was finally released in 1994 with 1 minute and 41 seconds cut. It became most famous for its depictions of castration, dismemberment, stabbings and disemboweling. The description tells you this is a gory version of Bigfoot. What it doesn't tell you is how funny it can be. In the second attack, two people are going at it in their van in the woods when Bigfoot pulls the man out of the van and bloodies him up. The girl (Jennifer West) is all naked and screaming at the sight of her bloodied lover. I swear her screams sounded like she was having an orgasm.Bigfoot grabs another camper, still in his sleeping bag, and twirls him round and round before throwing him into a tree with a broken branch. You might want to watch where you whip it out to relieve yourself. You never know what's in the bushes, and you might lose some valuable equipment. They find Crazy Wanda (Melanie Graham), who was raped by Bigfoot, and had it's baby. Of course Bigfoot came by and the real carnage began.Picture is fuzzy most of the time, and the acting is not that great. Music is irritating, but there is a lot of blood for the nasty fans.

for starters this movie aims high in ambition, and almost achieves its goal, unfortunately the music ruined it for me, and of course the cheesefest acting. this movie isn't a bad thing though it's an enjoyable experience, if not very understandable. some of the frequent flash-backs are just plain whacky. i am a huge fan of horror and i must say this movie is done well, i think the B-movie plot line and budget hindered it, i hope, for once this movie is remade.a brief warning also it's hard to watch some of the flash-backs, especially the castration scene, most of the scene was cut so it wouldn't be banned thankfully. if you like vipco esquire B-movies you will love this.6.4/10
